okay im going back to north carolina for christmas to see my mom ...and my ex wants to take me out to dinner and talk about getting back together ....should i go out to eat with him or should i just see my family and then leave...
we were together for 5 months and i do have to admit i do have some feelings for him but he cheated on me twice and i dont want that to happen again .....what should i do ??????

just see your family and then leave because your ex doesn't deserve you, so don't talk to him anymore and go and see your mom, then leave.

First, five months isn't that long. It may seem like it, but it is not. Second, he cheated on you in that brief time you were together. Not only did he cheat once, he cheated TWICE. He's taking you for a ride, and he's playing off those feelings and taking advantage of you. Why are you not furious about this? If this happened to a sister or a good friend, would you even hesitate to recommend that she dump him and never talk to him again? Don't have dinner, don't talk to him, tell him to NEVER call you again. Stand up for yourself!!!

Family always comes first. The ex is not the right guy for u. Blow him off since he loved cheating on you twice. U need to tell him he had his chances and that it is time for him to move on. You are not going to put up with his crap and he can do that on somebody elso. Just understand that this guy will never change and he is just using u. Since u dont want to be cheated on again, do not put yourself in that situation again. Enough is a enough and he will regret his mistakes and u will move on without him.
