I am 19 years old. I am living with my boyfriend and his family and my parents have moved to another state. My friends are about 2 hours away. I just got a job. I dont love to do the things i used to anymore....All i feel like doing is crying. I cant sleep that well..Im always tired. What can I do?

Hi there. I'm asking this question out of curiosity mostly. My fiance and I have been engaged for almost a year. Technically we've set a date, for 2009. We were planning on saving roughly between 5,000 and 10,000. Did you save money before you got married? What assets did you have to bring into your marriage? And How old were you when you got married? And if you don't mind telling, how many years have you been married? Please feel free to share any advice or if you just want to share your story.

They can forgive the terrible things that their friends and other family members do to them but those three can't seem to get along no matter what. It makes it very hard to celebrate holidays etc together. I am beginning to feel like I don't have any daughters.

Usually I'm not this hung up about a girl but after we got together, she now occupies ALL of my daily thoughts. It's excruciatingly time consuming because I can't seem to focus on anything else.
I found the shirt I wore the night I was with her and it made me even more crazy...there wasn't any perfume or smell etc but it's like this chemical thing she's all over it! I know 2 things that I'm pretty sure about -she picked me up and was pretty crazy about me but she's not one of those girls who's clingy and wants every detail so she can see me again. She's more reserved and confident in herself (not in a vain way) so I don't know if I should call her now or give it a few more days because she might think I'M desperate and i'm not usually like that but the distance is killing me...i HAVE to see her again.

This guy i used to "date" when i was 14 (that's over 4 years ago) continues to call me and now, he's in prison and calls me at least 10x's a day. I called my phone company (at&t) and had them place a block on the line but his COLLECT calls override the block as well as Privacy Manager.

Even if I don't accept the charges he's still able to have it so my line rings in with the operator asking do i want to accept very early in the morning. How can I stop this?

My bff told my crush that I like him, i told her 2, he was going 2 class when she told him he said "Oh, so should I be on the lookout?" My friend was taken aback cause she didnt mean it or say it like that at all. (I should mention this guy has never had a gf/kissed a girl) but for about a month after this (I gave up) I caught him staring at me twice, he has like randomly touched my shoulders twice (he is not a touchy feely person- hes never touched me before) Once when we hung out with people he offered me food and said "i never see you anymore" and said "we should do this" although he hasnt followed up on it. Hes acted akward. his bff showed me a text on his cell phone where a drunk friend said something about him needing to get a date and he looked at me in the eyes then i guess to see my reaction? 1 time he was a bit drunk (i dont really know, he always does this thing where he has 2 drinks and "pretends" to be drunk) and he flirted a bit, asked me if I thought he was cute.

Not my parents, my parents are wonderful. It's a really close friend of mine's parents.

She'll be eighteen next June and is a junior in high school. I feel that she's wasted away her teen years due to her psychotic parents. Like seriously psycho.

She's never spent the night at anyone's house, she's not allowed to walk down the street--not even five houses down, she's not allowed at the mall, not allowed to ride in any of her friend's cars when the parent is even driving, when she tries to hang out with friends they try to discourage her.

Her parents aren't home most of the time, either, but she's not allowed out of her house for anything. So she wastes away on the internet day in and day out, barely allowed to come to my house every Friday--with much reluctance on her parent's part--and every time she comes over they want her home before nine.

They hate all of her friends. Even the friends that make straight A's. They don't want her having friends at all.

How can she deal?

We've been together for almost 8 months and not met personally. I'm from the Philippines and he's from the US. He's 54 and I"m 41.
We use to talk everyday but lately he's been busy with his work and schooling. He's taking an accounting course and has one subject left. I'm also busy with my work and writing. He's intelligent and a very visual type of man. Most men are, I think...visual that is. only takes showers like once every two weeks, she is 63. When she lived with me she embarressed me by not being the most " hygenic" person to live with- she just says I'm being mean, but it is true. Okay here is the deal. I am 26 years old and my mom still treats me like a child. She always thinks she right when shes not. Tonight she said I should apologize to her for calling her a hypocrite, but the thing is she called me lazy first. Why should apologize when I was just defending myself? I dont understand parents. sometimes I want to leave my husband. I don't like his family and through out this pregnancy I have realized how selfish he is. I am 8 months pregnant and just got put on bed rest because my bp went from 112/50-140/80 in ONE WEEK! I'll tell you why, his freeloading uncle just moved in my son's room and is making me sick. My husband also hasn't told him to move out even though it's his ghetto uncle, I had to be the biatch and say you have one week...He still hasn't looked for a place, and I will call the police if he isn't gone by next Wed. So, I'm on bed rest and my husband wont even help, he even said, you don't need bed rest...!! I am on bed rest for one night and my house looked like a tornado, I had to wash the dishes just to eat, cuz his uncle just dirtied up everything and thinks I should clean his mess...I just think after my son is born that I don't think I can do this...Give me advice please...?

Also, I can't move home w/ my parents cause they live in another state

My cousin is getting married this weekend. She and her fiance are both 24 and just getting out of graduate school and have asked for cash in lieu of gifts so that they can make a downpayment on a home. I am flying to Cleveland and spending a night in a hotel to attend the wedding (spending about $450). My family is pretty close and I can afford to give whatever I decide (within reason), but I have no idea what the appropriate amount to give in a situation like this.
