Tell him you're sorry and leave.
Unless you want him to leave his children and current wife for you. He will never be the same..unless he is cold hearted. You can't take someone who already is taken, if you try, you will only get hurt.

Don't be the one to break up his marriage. He knows he should not be kissing on you. Give it up, he is not going to leave his wife and kids. Just because you are attracted to one another doesn't mean y'all have to act on it. Maybe he has some things going on in his marriage right now and he is looking for a good time don't let it be you. Your feelings are going to get hurt not his he has somebody to go home to at night. When he's finish with you where do you think he is going to go TO HIS WIFE. Girl take a step back and think before you start something. Been there done it's not cute.
Good Luck.

Stop now! even if you both like eachother or whatever you guys feel for one another. You don't want to be "that women" If he likes you as much as he says he does he would seriously consider leaving is his wife. It may take time because that is his wife. If he doesn't leave her it's because deep down he can't/doesn't want to it's because he is still connected with her and feels something with her. It could also be that she still offers him something that he can't pass up whatever it may be.
Maybe having someone on the side is a fantasy of his or exciting for him.

Sure, you let yourself be the one to hurt his wife and his kids in a bad way and they have never done anything to you.
You kissed a snake who cheats. You are as bad. Maybe you two scumbags deserve each other.
Yeah you really got something that makes you so right!

Yes, you are both in the wrong. It can only lead to disaster. Grow up, find your own guy and tell romeo to get his A&& back to his wife and kids where he belongs.

I think it is wrong and I think you shouldn't do it any longer, but I also think that you were not the one who cheated, he is. He is the one who is responsible to his wife and he should have had more respect for her.
Imagine yourself as his wife. You will never be able to trust him now that this has happened. He is a cheater; if he did it to her he will do it to you.

That's wrong. Break up with him before it gets ugly or tell him to tell his wife.
