It's his performance anxiety.

He`s got a complex now every time you go to put a condom on him it brings back the memory of the first time when it went soft. Do something different like have him put it on instead. Once he gets past the memory his confidence will come back and the trouble will pass.

neither its him --- seriously ---- for a male to lose an erection during sex and then not be able to get it back indicates either a physical problem or total lock of interest --- he needs to go to a doctor and you need (im sorry to say) a new boyfriend --- one that finds you desirable all the time ---- best wishes

It's you. You are treating condom use like short arm inspection rather than as an integral part of foreplay.
That would turn any male limp. Use your mind.. that's
what its for!

Protect yourself. If you know you are frustrated and it's been happening more than once... well.. i guess you know the solution. Break up. It will soon get cold (winter) and you will need a man to keep you warm.

Neither. It's him. He should speak with his doctor. Also it's spelled condom.
