this is a little bit hard to part with, but I am a 29 yr old male who has never been on a date, never asked someone out. I have been in a series of long term relationships pretty steadily over the last 10 years.

Any and all advice about how, what to look for, signs that someone would be willing and any other pertinent advice.

My wife and I have been together for 12 years. She had a child when we met and we've since adopted more. She has gained about 80 pounds since we were married and she was a little big then. I love her, will not cheat, and will not leave. She had a heart problem then a thyroid problem. I have never once said anything about her losing weight. She wants to lose weight. I have asked her millions of times to walk with me. She has joined every weight loss company and I have supported her. I work 70 hours a week so she doesn't have to. I hoped she would take time to work out while the kids are in school, but doesn't. She volunteers for everything under the sun, but too tired to work out. I help with chores at home (vaccum, cook weekends, clean, laundry). There are going to be a bunch of people who yell at me for being shallow, and hassling whatever...those things are untrue. I've done all I think I can. Sexual desire is fading. The weight is too much. Help

Well, we've been waiting to be together for three years already. I can't really explain why we aren't together yet, but we still have to wait another year. I'm guessing you guys get the picture here.. I just feel like it is unfair for him to have to wait for me. We've gone and been going through a lot. I just want to do the right thing. My brain tells me to let him go and let him live his life, but my heart tells me to keep holding on. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

I dated this guy in the military for a few months and we just stopped talking. We told each other how we really felt about each other on Valentine's Day 2004. Some months down the road, we stopped communicating. Then a year later, I find out that he's married! We hadn't talked in a while until the other day when he contacted me. He told me that he still loves me and thinks he married the wrong woman. Come to find out he married the girl he broke up with before he met me! He also said he thinks about me everyday and still has all of the pictures, letters, emails, and text messages from way back in 2004! Should I be flattered or tell him to go suck himself?

i used to be his favorite child & chinese parents tend to prefer the boy over the girl so it made me feel special that my dad liked me better than my brother. he told me when people asked him when he was just married do you want a boy or a girl. he said girl. and people were like WHY? and he said the daughter listens more. he told me that like 2 years ago when i was 12. i'm 14 now. the high school i'm going to is pretty decent, my grades are pretty good. and unlike my brother i don't cry at everything or throw fits all the time. i don't do drugs or drink or anything like that.
so why doesn't my dad not love me anymore?
and as a child my mother always hated me. do you think my mother's influence as rubbed off on him? =/

Ok me and my b/f of 4 months broke up a week ago.I really loved him and of course we had some problems just like every other relationship but we always managed to get through them.I said he was the one and I still love him with all my heart.I just cant get him out of my head.He got a new g/f shortly after we broke up and it seems like he really loves her but he sometimes says he loves me too and it really confuses me.He says 1 day that he wants to date me again and that were getting back together but he quickly changes his mind.He says for some reason he cant trust me but he does love me.I am very sad and confused and i dont know if i will ever be able to get him back or whats gonna happen in the future.What should I do?

i get angry pretty easily at times. like the other night my boyfriend was supposed to call me around 5 and he never did. instead of him calling me and telling me that he just didnt call at all so i was sitting around waiting for his call. i finally called him at like 9 that night and yelled at him. he hates when i call just to yell (so do i) and it doesnt happen too often but its the only way i know how to deal with anger, to yell. instead of yelling all the time and complaining, how can i fix my anger. i need helpful tips. thank you so much!

Okay, I have been married for little over a year now. We have a baby. He is my world. After his birth, I totally lost my lust for my husband. Anything he does, doesnt turn me on. NOTHING DOES. Im not attracted to him anymore. BUT there is this guy ...who im totally attracted to..big time. BUT..he is married too and has kids. He is bascially in the same boat im in. I havent DONE ANYTHING with him. We are just real good friends. Is it nomal that this has happened to me?? People say that once u have a baby you go through all these changes...believe me, i am. Ive'd been with a guy for 2 years.Broke up in march and got back togheter in june I been living with my sister for a year and renewed the least this past May.We had a fight a couple of weeks ago and when back to his place to find a girl there.I got upset .So we went outside and he told me the woman in his appartement is his new roomate.(we haven't spoken for a week prior to this)He told since i didn't want to live with him he found a roomate that would.He says that they don't have sex.He still tells me i'm his girlfriend and he loves me what do you think???

My mom and I sat down and came up with this centerpiece today as an option for my upcoming October wedding. It is a "funkin" (fake pumpkin) with leaves carved into it, a fake flower floral arrangement at the top, heart jewels dangling in the center of each cut out leaf and a fake flickering candle at the bottom. Ok it's has been a 10 months since I found out about my husbands infedelity. since then I have him under lock and key he check in with me at all times. He comes over to my work at lunch he comes by after work and then we drive home together. I give him no time to himself. I don't know for how much longer he will do this. I am scared that he is going to snap at any time. Has anyone ever done this before and what was the out come? Ok sooo, i'm 15 and i have a bf that's 21 and we're getting engaged when i graduate, but! Other people knew and they keep on telling us that's illegal, and he will get into jail. He told me that he's been with one gf for about 5 years, but the relationship ended 2 years ago. He also told me that he hasn't been dating anyone ever since. He told me all of the past things he has done...both good and bad and asked me if I can except his past time. I don't really care much about people past time, what really matter is the present. Just recently I found out that he's been datting or actually in a relationship with someone in 06 to the beginning of 07. Him and her has been datting and broke up, then started a relationship again and so on. From what I know he still talks to her and hang out....but he's still single. He seem like a very nice guy and such, and I really like him. I don't know if I should give him a chance or not. I'm afraid to be heart broken if anything else happen.

My mom always talks about how her brother complains to her about the troubles between him and his wife. (affairs, staying out late, not taking care of their son, etc) And my mom would cry to me how she can't figure out why it has been happening in their family and she doesn't know how to help them.
I would say, stay out of their business, however she wants to be a good sister and help them out.
I googled my uncle's email address online..and his email came up on various "swingers" sites with nude pix, etc AND his wife is on there as weel. I was disgusted, yet HERE was my answer to why he and his wife are having marriage problems. I've known this for 4 months now, haven't told anybody.... Should I tell my mom?(part of me thinks she wouldn't want to know something like this about her brother) Or just stay out of it completely?

im african american...and guys within my race find me very attractive..
however i remember when i was in middle school...i went to a school that didnt have alot of "black" people and was made up of caucasions and hispanics and i felt as if i didnt have a chance with any guys at all because of my race...

no matter how hard i tried the boys just didnt give me the time of day....

but i just graduated from a highschool that had alot of "black" guys and i had no problem hooking up wit them...
