How can I tell if a guy really likes me or if he is just playing games and trying to sleep with me? Would a guy lie and tell people he slept with me if he had a genuine interest in me? I'm so confused...Please help!

If he lied and told people that he slept with you when it didn't happen, then he is not genuinely interested.

If the guy really cared about you, he wouldn't want to bad mouth you to other people. Especially over something like that. That is the worst of worst...
He is trying to ruin your reputation and that is not good.

Tell the guy to hit the curb and don't look back.
