Ok sooo, i'm 15 and i have a bf that's 21 and we're getting engaged when i graduate, but! Other people knew and they keep on telling us that's illegal, and he will get into jail. I really don't know if its right or not to date a 21 year old but, i can't break up with him he's too sensitive. But is it illegal to date someone that's 6 years older than you?

Ya it is Illegal to be dating someone older then you that is 6 years the federal law states the age difference is 2 years under age of 18... so to get right to the point YES!!!! it is illegal for him and you to be in an relationship with each other

It's only illegal if you having any sexual contact with your bf! But remaining in a relationship w/o sex is all right! Ages shouldn't matter! So I say just stay in the relationship if you not gonna have sex but whose gonna find out, right? Good luck!

hey! :D you know i always thought the same thing cause i have always had a thing for older guys and i always say age doesnt matter cause it shouldnt!! if you love him and he really loves you go for it! i am only 16 and i was going out with this 18 year old who asked me to marry him but he dumped me yesterday! so much for true love!.... but now if you want to follow the law...which i dont...hehehe ya its illegal! sorry but f*** the law! but unless you are your mom report him for doing something to you, you wont get in trouble... i dont think ; D
