I can't get him to have a serious conversation about trying to conceive a child. He says he wants a child but he's always joking and I can't get him to express himself! I finally got him to admit he's scared and that's why he won't be serious, but I can't persuade him to say WHY he's scared. Any ideas on what I can do for our conversations?

My friend keeps ringing me everyday to ask if i can go out. When i do go out with her we just hang around town which is so boring. She is a trouble maker aswell. We have a week left untill we are going away. We are really busy at the moment aswell this week. Ive been avoiding answering the phone but i can't avoid it for a week. What's a good excuse to not go out with her? She won't understand if i say i don't want to.. she will go off in a mood. Its really getting me down now and its recking my holidays as im just waiting for the phone to ring. What should i do? Please help me!

lately ive just been siting at home doing nuthing 24/7
my mum has been teling me to go out, but im 16 and all my friends just go into surfes paradise every single week end( surfers is like a big place full of clubs were people go clubbing pick up and get waisted) but my friends cant even get into the clubs because there not 18 yet! so they just go in there get drunk and walk the streets skanking around trying to pick up sleez bags? but im not into any of that or anythig that all the girls my age do, my dads realy proud of me not bein like that and im not interested in having a boyfriend or walking streets getting drunk i hate it , but ive got nuthing to do my friends wont come over anymore, they hardly call me , and they think im stupid for not doing what they do, my way of having fun is just me and my friends at home having a few drinks rather then on the streets and just listening to music at mine or sumthin, im geting so bored and upset cause no one has time for me, wat should i do

My fiance and I plan on getting married next year, but have yet to make the difficult decisions of choosing our wedding party. I do not have any sisters, close female cousins etc, and my best friend of many years and I parted a while back due to differences we could not resolve. Now I am left with a friend from highschool with whom I am not that close with (but always joked about being each other's MOH), and a coworker of mine that I have bonded with over the last 4 years--we are pretty close at work and have even travelled together twice. We get along really well, but our friendship is limited to work/travel--we don't talk outside of work and it seems like more of a one-sided friendship since she is content not hanging out more (she has plenty of her own close friends), and always turns down my invitations to hang out.

I am torn about who to choose as my MOH. I plan on having both in my bridal party, and my fiance actually hates my highschool friend, and adores my coworker.

i took my ex to court i won and got a court order which i have stuck to, my ex broke it the other week and i have not seen my daughter since my ex said in open court i was a good dad and my daughter loved me, there as been loads of arguments and threats since the court order was put in place , i booked a holiday for me and my daughter her mum said yes but after i booked it said no, its cost me £1500 in solisitors bills in the last 4 months my ex is now getting an injuction out on me so i carnt go near her im pleased with that cos i only wont to see my daughter not her,i can only go back to court 1 more time then im broke iv no money left i feel im in a no win situation shes taking our arguments out on me daughter and hurting me and our daughter from stopping us from seeing each other, should i walk away as much as it hurts me i feel like my daughter shouldnt be treated like this she sees me then she dosnt its just confussing her shes only 3

so there i was sleeping peacefully when all of a sudden i wake to these horrid loud screams.i was like what the hell,,and it was my sister that kept screaming and crying, i think it was becus she had nightmares or something.sometimes she even talks in her sleep cus when i went in her room i heard her talking and it kinnda freaked me out cus then she'd start screaming again.my piont is,is that shes been doing this for many many nights actually many months and is there a problem with her or something.

Just a quick question. I have a younger sister (she is 16) that comes over to my apartment a lot (im 23) and i own a lot of dvds and she saw American History X (one of my favorites) and wants to watch it tomorrow. I know there is a lot of cussing and violence,and i told her that..and she seemed like she has seen other movies like that so to her its no big deal...but now i remeber that it has full frontal nudity of one of the male charactors,and i know that she has never seen that before...so even if she seems ok,should i let her watch it?Please no mean remarks.

ok i really like this girl who is on vacation and should be getting home soon, but not for sure. we talk occasionally but im too afraid to make a move, i want to talk to her when she gets back and get better with her but i dont want to sound as desperate as i really am. i dont just want to say, how was seattle? the second she gets back but how do i keep it going strong? a really long time ago i asked her for advice for a first date and she said not the mall or movies because it would be really awkward for the both of us, the mall i would just sit around watching her tryon clothes and id be an excuse to get her things. and the movies, if i dont give her the right amount of attention, then its a wreck. i was thinking ice skating or mini golf or something like that. we dont really see eachother often durring summer break and our main ways of communicating are texting and myspace. i hate it though. but the thing is all the girls at school are best friends so if i f*** this up, im screwed!

I am 20 and I have a wonderful girlfriend who is also 20, and I have been with her for about 2 and a half years. she is pretty much my dream girl save for one thing; she tends to overreact a lot. she says it's just hormones and that it's normal for girls her age to behave this way, but is that really true? for example, she gets very upset if i have a tired tone in my voice (because she thinks i sound bored), and she gets mad at me if i ask her if everything is okay when she sounds upset (because she says i am assuming). it's just little knit-picking things, but it drives me crazy when she gets super upset over things that do not merit it. but then other time she is the perfect girl whom i love very much. i don't know what to do. is this a phase she is going through or is this just how women are?

My wife and I have separated for the second time in a year. Last year I found some text messages she sent a friend while we were apart. The messages were regarding a guy my wife was attracted to but was "too scared" to call. Later I found this guy's cell phone number on her email at work. Then on one occasion when my wife and I were working outon exercise bikes, I had a hood up on my sweatshirt so you couldn't see my face. The same guy who she was discussingin texts and had his number walked by and smiled really big at her and when he saw me look up he looked away. When I asked my wife about it she got very defensive. Did she sleep with this guy. She says she never talked to him and they only saw each other at the gym. Am I an idiot for believing that?

I just don't understand why most of my friends are engaged(21-25), my 22 y/o cousin just got married... I don't understand why they rush? We could live until we're 100 so why get married now? All of my engaged friends never went to college either, and they constantly ask me when my boyfriend and I (of 6.5 years) are getting married. Like why do they think that I would revolve my life around getting married? As if it's all I have to look foward to being a post grad.. I recently walked in on my fiance' looking at porn. We had a conversation about this and he said "sometimes I just feel like looking at porn"...well of course I was pissed at his reactions! But he agreed that he wouldn't do it anymore, because it made me feel uncomfurtable. Well last night I was in my room and I was mad at my mom and her boyfriend, so I said some really nasty and mean stuff about them. I later found out that they were listening outside the door and heard every word...I cried my eyes out and I apolygized a billion times..They said they were okay, but a little hurt...I feel so wrong, how can I overcome someting like this...I feel so regretful...
