The "Hippies" of the 60's protested the Vietnam War...Where are the "new" Hippies of today...?

...I mean...you would think that with 5000 plus bodybags coming back from Iraq, and countless others who are maimed and permanently disabled, a new generation of youthful, rebellious protestors would emerge out of the current (and very similar) war situation we have right now...Where are all the tie-dye Peace Sign T-shirts, and Sit-Ins, and "Mind-Expanding" groups of angry, college-age humanitarians???

Their attention is not being focused on the War(s) and dangers by the media the way it was in the 60's. (In fact they try to hide the reality from the public, rather than teaching about it.) TV only had three major broadcasting networks in those days. Now you have hundreds of media choices, and too much self-focus (or is that fucos?) by the majority of young people. You'll never see that unity of spirit again.
