My sister and her husband are getting divorced. Its a long story, but she was totally the one in the wrong. He left for basic training for the Air Force three months after they were married, and she proceeded to cheat on him the day after he left and then would not speak to him anymore. A year and a half later, he is still in training for his job in California and my sister is living with her boyfriend in Missouri. He tried for a long time to make things work between them but about six months ago finally filed for divorce. Now she won't sign the papers. I believe its because she owes Tricare a bunch of money for this trip she made to the hospital before her husband filed for divorce, and she knows if she is taken off his insurance she will have to pay it.
Is there anything he can do to get her to sign the papers and send them to him? What are his legal resources?

About two months ago my boyfriend of 2 1/2 years broke up with me or should i say suggested that we take a break. At first i didn't get y b/c things had been going really good at the time. He then told me that he was afraid that we were too young to be so serious (we're 19) and that lately he'd been thinking bout marriage. He told me that it scared him and that we needed to take a break so we could "experience life w/o eachother b4 we commited to eachother." I cried but said okay.

Now it seems that we see even more of eachother, still going out with eachother on dates, talking every nite on the fone, etc. everything seems good until ask what the point of the break was if we still act like we're 2gether.

I think he's selfish b/c he wants the benefits of a gf w/o being tied down.i haven't I have no idea what i should do and whether or not i'm being a fool for sticking around waiting for him to want to make it official again. I think that i haven't given him time 2 miss me yet.

This guy & I have been seeing each other off & on when we're not busy working. We get along great, we obviously seem to enjoy each other's company, he kisses & cuddles with me, but we haven't had sex yet, which is a good thing because I'd like a relationship with him, not just friends with benefits kinda thing. Anyway, I'm not sure what he truly thinks of me, we had discussed a relationship before, but he told me that right now he's too busy with work to give me the attention I deserve. But I still want to see him through, but just by being patient. Well he wrote me a message a lil awhile ago & said that he hurt his knee. So I wrote back just asking him if he needed me to take him to the hospital, just being nice, and he jokingly wrote back "I just cut it off instead" so I wrote back "well I'd still like you even if you did only have one leg ;)" but he hasn't written back yet. Did I say that too soon, I'm sure he knows I like him, but am I being pushy, what do you think he thinks?

Ok so my dad just got re-married. Before I knew they were getting married, I started getting some strong feelings for her nephew. (BTW- He is 1 yr older then me.) But they just got married on Friday. And Friday night I had a sleepover with him and his sister. I told his sister that I liked him and asked her if he had said anything about me to her. She told me that earlier that day he had said that I was really pretty and it was cool that I talked to him. (He thought I was really shy before) So I got really excited. After we talked about that, she told me that she had feelings for my brother (They're 16.) She told my brother that she liked him. And she told her brother what I had told her. So is this totally weird that we are almost going out???? I mean we're not blood related so......

And yesterday he was all quiet around me and wouldnt even look at me but this afternoon he was all talking to me and messing around!

I took my 6 year old stepdaughter Holly to see Shrek the Third a while back. We saw the cinema advertisement about Madeleine's disapearance. Holly asked who this little girl was and who had 'snatched' her. I explained that she was lost and that her parents were very sad (obviously, I am protecting our kids from all the speculation as they are so young, 6 and 7) and were looking for her.

This was several weeks ago. Holly asked about Madeleine a few times over the next few days but then stopped.

Last night I heard a noise form Holly's room and when I went to investigate, found her crying her eyes out - she'd had a nightmare. When I asked her about it, she told me she wanted to know that ''the poor little girl'' was back with her parents, and that she was seeing Madeleine's face when she tried to sleep.

I cried after I had finally got Holly back to sleep. Please tell me, what can I do to help her? What can I tell her?

He promised we would go see SPAMALOT, WICKED, and PHANTOM OF THE OPERA on Broadway in new york when i got back from summer camp, so while i was there i told every one about it and asked about the plays. when i get home, it turns out we aren't going after all, and now i feel like a liar because I told all the people some thing that wasn't true. He could have written me and then I could have told everyone there had been a change in plans.

I have been happy with other girls and in love with one of them but every now and then it comes back to her. I recently found out she got married about a year ago and have been thinking about her nonstop. I feel like I get over her and move on but sooner or later I start thinking about her again and how perfect we were for each other. It seems like I have no problem "moving on" with another girl and being completely normal but deep down inside there is always that feeling. She is not my first love either (as far as I can tell) so it is not the whole "first love" issue.

Every time I go out w/a guy, it always turns into a friend thing. This guy asked me out and we went out Friday, and now we're friends lol. I always seem to be getting in that friend zone. I know how to flirt. I do it all the time but then when it comes down to the date, I either come across as a friend or I end up sleeping w/the guy. I'm not doing the sleeping anymore but I guess I'm coming across as cold now. I can't seem to do it right. I haven't had a long term relationship in a year. I went on a date, and slept with this girl. Except I feel kind of bad because she is such a nice girl. I mean Ive done this sort of thing a lot, but with this girl its different because she had such a hard life which I wont get into because of he privacy. I still though took advantage of her and told her how she could trust me and I would be there and then we had fantastic sex. But I had no intention of calling her, but instead just disappear from her life. Normally I dont care, but this time I do. Can I take a pill or something to make this feeling of guilt to go away?

I'm suppose to get married in September, but my fiance's sister just got married yesterday. After the wedding was over, I felt worn out and I didn't even stand in the wedding. I felt worn out from watching all the proceedings you have to go through (organizing right attire, caterers, getting to the church on time) just to get married.
Now I want to call off my wedding.....any advice? I even skipped out on the reception because I didn't want anybody asking about my upcoming wedding.
(My fiance doesn't want a small wedding.)

maybe he killed all those 32 people because he was frustrated & pissed off at the world, maybe he couldn't get a gf, couldn't get laid, didn't have a lot of friends, wasn't or rarely invited to parties so which meant he didn't have fun in college, he was 23 so maybe missed out on a lot of fun his first 4 years of college, was he bullied in high school?, What else is known about this guy, I feel sorry for him.

A married guy asked me a question when we were hanging out at the pub. the question was if you were married (i am not married just have a partner) and went to town had a few drinks, maybe a dance and a good laugh would you be happy going home alone? I'm 19 and i just started college last yr and I met this asian guy who i thought was perfect and was going to treat me well because he is more cultured. sometimes i don't get if my best friend really cares about me talking about guys. sometimes i feel she's just listening. she rarely gives me advice and if she does, she says i'm obessed or something. i feel weird for asking this but, why do you think she doesn't like to talk about guys rarely. sometimes she does, but rarely unless we are talking about who she likes. i don't know. i've known her forever (litterly) and i just don't get why she's acting like this.
