My mom is great. She stayed home to raise my bother and me and now she watches my little girl while I'm at work/school. I've never really liked my dad. He's been physically and verbally abusive to all of us... but it's only verbally now that we're older. I know he's cheating on my mom. He lies all the time... he even went to Hawaii without her claiming that he was going with his "music buddies." It makes me sick. My poor mom feels so bad about herself and she actually believes him when he lies!!! I think she just wants it all to go away. She's been totally dependent on him since she was 16. I love my mom and I hate to see her this way. He is very controlling in every way and I sneak my mom money whenever I get paid. I even opened up a bank account with her in hopes that she would leave him. She just acts like everything is fine... when we all know that something is wrong. What can I do to help my mom?

i'm in my 30s and not in a relationship right now. I think i have given up on love right now and want to concentrate on my career. What i do feel like doing these days is finding a guy to just have mindblowing sex with with no strings attached. when i think of this i feel as if i'm going crazy or something. Am i?

My boyfriend went to Italy to 'work' there. I don't mind him going, but I just don't want to lose him. He told me that when he would meet someone new, that he wouldn't stop seeing her because of me. Okay I agreed (he has been away for a month now and will be staying there until October), I am not stupid... I know how he is, and that he loves girls (like every boy). But for the first time in my life, I really love somebody and I just don't want to lose him. But for now I just want to forget him. Because I really have a lot to do in these three months but it won't work when he's on my mind the whole time! and all the thoughts which are going trough my mind about him cheating on me... Everything reminds me of him and I've 'changed' since he went away. I have become so sensitive, I start to cry for the most stupid things: songs, what people say to me, the smallest difficulties,... Everythings seems so useless... Does somebody know what to do to forget a love? :) (Sry for my bad English)

the rest of this month. Than I have two birthday parties to go to one this friday and one next. Than on saturday I have to hang out with a friend that I havnt seen in a long time. Than on Sunday I have Church like always. Monday-Thursday is summer school. Not much of a biggy there. Thursday is Church. And I'm helping out with a little play thing with my Church that I'm a part of. I'm starting to feel a little bit over worked. I want to spend more time with my sisters and cousins but have to stay home to take care of my grandma. But not always. What should I do I have alot going on?

I am going to be having a Venetian Masquerade themed wedding. In that time period dessert was usually some sort of pastries pilled high and decorated profusely. I really think it would be a neat idea to do something similar with chocolate éclairs or some other pastry or do you think I should go with the traditional cake?

I will probably be making the cake or pastries myself, so any suggestions on how to organize the pastries or decorate the cake would be helpful as well.

My childs mother has taken my kids from me multiplue times, including when i have joint custody and she left county lines without permission, but eventually I went back to her. A year later she moves again and takes them away back to the original county we faught for them in. But during the mean time she has been arrested for assult on two different occasions, as for me I have not. Would this favor me in a battle for joint custody in court if I use the assult as witness that she isn't a fit mother?

I've been with this guy for a few years. I'm sure that I love him very much. I really love him. But I'm just not happy in this relationship. Last time we broke up I felt relieved. We got back together since he is so persistent about our relationship. My problem is that he doesn't love me the way I want to be loved at all. He doesn't have some important characteristics that I wish to find in a guy. I'm so confuse. How do I deal with this? I know nobody is perfect but I don't want to keep feeling this way.

My son is 19 & lives w/ his dad at the moment & has been planning on going to a fairly nice college on a partial football scholarship, but lately has gotten serious w/ this girl & has decided to go to a community college that she is going to (which he will now have to pay out of pocket, but should be cheaper) Anyway, he's been nervous for so long to tell his dad, who has the tendancy to fly off the handle at times, but after arguing w/ him for hours today his dad told him to "go live w/ your mom for a while cuz I'm tired of you shitting on me!" BTW, his dad called him on the phone & asked if he was still going to that college, that's how it finally came up, so the argument was on the phone & now his dad is on his way home. I'm just a little worried, since he has a pretty bad temper. Of course, I'm going to have my son come stay w/ me, but right now I don't have a car or I'd run & get him. Any suggestions?

I met this boy 5 months ago at a party and I was pretty wasted and we hooked up. My friends and I became good friends with his friends after that night, & pretty much Ive been in his circle ever since. Every time I hang out with his friends, he is there. Me and him have hooked up one other time after that first night. I've liked him from the first time I've seen him. He says he is not looking for a relationship, and I don't think we could have a relationship because he is a typical bad boy- cold, dont give a care attitude, likes sleeping with girls, etc.
However, every time I see him I get reminded of what I want more than anything and what I will never have - HIM. Idk what it is about him, but its unlike anything ive felt for anyone before. All my friends know how much I liked him, and although I've tried to "move on" and tell ppl Im over him, in my heart I know I will never be "over him." I cant look at him without my heart skipping a beat. Please give me advice.

(the child looks nothing like him he's black and she's white) the child is white as snow and has none of his features ... they took a dna test and he's still waiting on the results but, it seems as though this girl is giving him the run around ... and he still has a thing for her... i've been w/ him for 2 years now and ...how do i find out if he's still w/ her when he says that the reason she still calls is in reference to his "daughter". ?? ahhh perhaps this is a question i need to answer my self ...leave him or ... deal w/ it right?

guy friend flirted with me about us hooking up. the thing is he has a gf overseas and is engaged to her and knew I developed a deep crush on him. We exchanged a few words about getting together like where we do it, and if we would use protection, etc. I was really falln 4 him and he told me that it was best that i focus on someone else. anyway a few days later, I texted him to wish him Happy New Year's and he didn't text back and i got upset and called him a dog. I then wrote him a note apologizing to him and suggested that we stop texting each other about sex. Weeks later, he looked at me like he was angry but still said hi. I emailed him asking him if he was still upset and that it might be best that we treat each other as coworkers. he replied back and told me that i was too weird and that he was just jokin and that i should get some friends and a bf. Now I don't talk to him or even look his way, since I have mixed emotions about this, but now I kinda want get with him again.

I am in a long distance relationship with a girl and I care about her but these last few monthes we've only seen one another once or twice a week. In a month she had planned to visit in 2 weeks but she didn't spend the summer earning much money and I'm suspecting she'll try to back out now. I went to visit her for 2 weeks in may and it was the most wonderful time I ever had with a girl, but I feel like she's not making a commitment now, and am considering ending it if she tries to call the trip off due to lack of money. I've known "Mike" over half my life and have always had feelings for him. When we were younger, I kinda dumped him because I was young and immature. I got married young..had kids and regretted my marriage. My marriage ended in a nasty divorce. I've seen Mike throughout the years off and on and everytime I would just be like a school girl...get all flustered and not know what to say. I feel like fate keeps bringing him into my life. I saw him 3 months ago and we talked and I casually gave him my number. Since then, we've talked almost every day and he has even talked about leaving his wife. She treats him badly & blows money like crazy. They don't have any kids but I still feel badly as if I am wrecking the marriage. The main problem is he hasn't left yet and I'm not so sure now that he is going to even though he says many times that he is. What should I do? I love him but I feel as if I'm being taken for a ride. BTW I have told him that I will NOT sleep with him until he is DIVORCED!!

Now she has broken his heart, breaking up and has said she no longer can deal with the fact of the infidelity in spite of how much he turned it around. Should he try to win her back?
