no idea looks bloody terrible!

2007-07-18 08:01:04 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 3 0

I have no idea why some women do this, but I wish they would stop it! It looks bloody awful!

Especially when they pencil in a very unnatural looking, overly arched, super thin, odd colored brow that starts at the bridge of the nose, goes up to their forehead, and extends down the side of their head to near the corner of the eye! UGH!
Who are the people who say, "You look good" to these women??

Also, I wish that women who wear a hairstyle they've had for 20 years would wise up. Everyone knows which decade they went to high school just by their outdated hairstyle.

Women who have 3 inch, claw like, curved finger nails... That's just terrible looking!

I wish I could be a fashion police woman and go around giving tickets to these people. Someone has to tell them!

Good point. It is because its easier to shave them and make them right as opposed to spending time plucking them the way they want them? I would much rather spend time making them right. not for anyone else, but for me and how i want them. Just shave the things bald and pencil the things in. Reminds me of during the war when women used to pretend they had stockings on by drawing a line up the backs of their legs. It was a bit sad really wasn't it? And all because they could afford nothing more than a pencil. Not that i'm old enough to remember the war, but it does remind me of it.

Eyebrows make up a person's face. Why shave it off? Good question. I believe maybe the person eyebrows were really thin and they just decide to fill them eyeliner. Maybe someone accidentally waxed it off and it just doesn't grow back soo they use liner. (I know someone who did that!) People could be just born with no eyebrow. But shaving it off.. weird

Most people are not born with perfect brows.

There are people who pluck, thread, and wax their brows. Then there are people who shave it off, and pencil it or even tatoo it on.

In fact, I think tattooed brows are really easy to take care of.

There are many not satisfied with their bushy brows, or maybe even a lack of evenly distributed hair on their brows.
Some find it very painful to thread or tweeze. These are a few of the many reasons.

LOL, isn't that funny. I think because they want them to be pencil thin? I arch mine, but I dont' shave them completely off - well once I did, but it was an accident! It was the first time I tried to arch my own brows.

i don't, but certain medical conditions, medications, and even age can cause them to fall out, and they don't grow back necessarily! try to be kind, just in case they fall into one of these categories.

i was born with hardly any hair on my eyebrows at all as it happens, but no i don't pencil them in completely.

You know, I've been asking myself the same question ever since I was a kid!
In some situation it's so damn funny that I give up trying to understand!

I guess its because they have nothing better to do with their time! The brows look better most times though,so it must be vanity.
Did you mean totally shave off?YUCK!

I have no idea, but i would never do that. Some people overpluck their eyebrows though and they never grow back.

No Idea, but it does look pretty weird when they sweat and their eye brows begin to run down to their cheeks.
