even though he hasn't had any communication with her for over 25 years when she contacted him 3 weeks ago via the internet my space...he has been online with her every waking moment....and tells me he needs to pursue a relationship with her because she was his his soul mate. he tells me he is sorry he is hurting me...but he needs to do this for him. he expects me to stand by until he decides if there is chance to renew their relationship. she is also married with kids and lives out of town. should i give him some space and see if he comes to his senses.....because i still love him very much...or should i throw him out and not wait to see if he chooses to stay with me and the kids. he has asked me to give him til the end of july to make up his mind.

I'm throwing my best friend a suprise birthday party for her 23rd, and while I do have some ideas, I could use some more suggestions. What are some fun actives to do? I think im gonna have it outside/inside since I live in the country and have a HUGE front yard. I have the alcohol covered, but what are some fun things to do before we just start getting smashed? Even things to do involving alcohol? Like I said, I do have a huge front yard so space is not a problem! I was thinking maybe making a large slip-n-slide, but again, I have no idea how to make one. Do you? Any suggestions on throwing her a killer party is greatly appreciated. Oh, but I dont want to spend a lot of money either..so please keep that in mind. Thanks!!

I don’t know what to do.

My husband is terminally ill at home.

His adult son, who lives nearby, doesn’t call, visit or care for his father in any way. There’s no quarrel between father and son.

He didn’t visit on his birthday last month, or on Father’s Day. There wasn’t even a card! He doesn’t return my husband’s phone calls.

The situation might be explained by the son’s wife, a former stripper, who has said that she never loved the son, but was willing to marry him for the potential financial windfall when my husband eventually passes away. There are several witnesses to this. Maybe she doesn’t want to be involved with anything as inconvenient as a sick old man.

Although the son spinelessly accepts these horrific comments from his wife, he’s a pretty nice guy who genuinely wanted a homelife, but I don’t think he’s acting as a good son should.

I have tried everything to encourage the son to contact us, but he refuses to acknowledge my many calls.

What should I do?

okay so im dating this guy, we've like each other a long time, and we're finally going out, and he keeps talking about other girls in front of me, even though I KNOW he knows it bothers me. because once i even said "i dont care" and he said "yes you do, you care when ilook at other girls i know it" and i was like "THEN WHY DO YOU DO IT IN FRONT OF ME?!" and he didnt say anything back.
so my question is;
why is he trying to make me jealous?
to see my reaction or something?

she blames me for everything that ever goes wrong
she calls me bad things that i dont deserve to be called
she's hit me once or twice
she raised me to speak my mind, but then whenever i think something she doesnt, she tells me to pretend to believe what she does.
i absolutely hate every single thing she ever does, and i let her know it
she's tried grounding me over and over, but doesnt get that it only makes it worse
i want to do something rebellious to show her that she should respect me as a real person.
ive been acting up with little things like lying about who i'm going to the mall with or whatever, but i need something big. ideas?

Alright, so there's this guy that i dated two years ago for all together a year. I was head over heels for him and him for me.
before he dated me he dated this other girl for about two weeks. then after me he dated her for about 3 months. when we were having problems or fought or broke up, she would be the girl he'd go to. and when we were dating he told me he only liked her because of her looks...nothing more.
now we're not together but i still care about him a lot..and we hook up occasionally..she just broke up with her boyfriend of a year ad now shes talking to him again..saying she likes him and i guess he says he likes her...i know this shouldnt make me mad because hes not my boyfriend..but it really hurts me..what can i do to get over this boy.

my sister in law keeps trying to break me and husband up saying that Im try to keep him away. And saying lies like I tried to report her and her children to C.P.S. Last year she asked to borrow my car for a trip I didnt want to say no so I said my car needed new tires. she and her boyfriend said they would put new tires before they took the trip. when i got my car back i found out that they put used tires, the service guy told me that I should not continue to drive my car without new tires. I'm tired of the bs. She makes me so angry that I have not spoken with her for almost a year. Do you think im over reacting. Do you think I should just let it go?

i have been in a relationship for a couple of months...and my bf works odd hours at Lowe's.... he is unhappy at his job and i understand that it bothers him....but it drives me up the wall...he is constantly repeating himself throughout the day...it annoys me so much because he then droans on about how he works too hard...its gotten so boring that i know what he is going to say, how he says ( down to the facial expressions, and word emphasis, everything) and when he says it....then he talks about becoming the person he was and maybe he willl get some respect.... im usually good with words...but i dont want to sound so b*tchy about it....i understand he is troubled by it...but it makes me not want to talk to him....which then leads to arguments....

I have been married for a little over 3 yrs. I had known my husband for only 3 months before we got married. I had just broken up with my ex 3 months prior to that. I have secretly always kept in touch with my ex since I been married because we were friends and I loved him. He was just not moving fast enough and I jumped on the first boat coming. Since this marriage I have had numerous of arguements, physical abuse (even in front of his parents, flipped me on my face), I have left 3 times but being foolish saying this is my marriage and wanted to make it work and trying to be all that I can be in Gods eyes and stay. I have been unhappy since the first time he put his hands on me it has not been the same for me. I had talk to other men because of my unhappiness but nothing pass just chatting online. This was a 1 ago. When I forget something he says that I am stupid and I don't think. I never think. I rather not talk to him. anything I say he takes it wrong or he down grades me.

When I say older I mean like 40-60. This is really starting to bother me, bc most people think I am actually 14-15 when actuality, I will be turning 20 in a couple of months. So, I began to think that maybe they think that I am a child and easy to manipulate. I don't dress revealing and my personality is quite calm. I am also not into the whole partying and drinking scene that most peope my age engage in. So, I am wondering what could be going on here. Opinions please.

-Thanks for your answers.

We guys rarely mean to make girls cry, and we hate it when you do. What things do we do that make you cry? What's something we can do better so you don't cry?

I recently started seeing some one and we have grown to really like each other. We are starting to date now and he won't make it official that we have a "relationship" I guess. He thinks that I have walls built up and that I don't really like to tell him about things.

When he does I don't know how to answer. I'm not used to a guy WANTING to know what's on my mind and what I think about things. I don't want him to feel like I'm some one who isn't open about my life. That is definately not the case - I just want to be able to watch what I say to him because I feel that I really have found some one good for me.

I try to tell him he can ask me anything at all and I promise I will answer because I would. When will I know if he does ot not?

Alright here goes.
So recently, I was traveling and I slept with my friend's girlfriend, who lives in a city far away from my own.
The truth is, it meant a lot more to me than just sex. This girl is absolutely incredible...smart, funny, ambitious, you name it. But obviously, she's dating one of my very good friends. The problem is, they are so completely different and so absolutely wrong for each other. I know its not my decision to make and I know that its so damn wrong but I can't seem to help loving her.
The problem is, I haven't felt this way for someone in a long time. I've been attracted to her for some time now, I just always felt this quick connection that you don't get with most people, but it really took off when we were alone. The next morning, she felt so guilty and now her actions are tapered according to that guilt. The problem is...how do I get over it? How do I forget her? Should I forget her? Help!
