my girl friend of 2 months is black and our families do not know we are seeing each other. My family would not like it and her's wouldn't either I want to be with her. Is there anything we can do to help our families deal with this

Well I had an interview last week at podiatrist office for a receptionist position. She said that they would be making a decision sometime this week and so I called today and they said they still hadn't made a decision and that the position might have changed to working in the back with the doc. i guess and she asked me if that would be something i would be interested in and i said YES!!!! very much. I also told her how i knew alot of medical terminology cuz i have gone to school for it and took 2 years of it. I was just wondering what you think about this.. is it a good sign that they asked me if i would be interested and do you think every person that was interviewed will call back and follow up?

...would it be too much for me to ask her to dye it back to her "normal" color for the wedding? I don't want to have a bridesmaid who has neon glow hair in my wedding pictures. I don't want to be mean or turn into a bridezilla... (My wedding is still a year away, but I just want to find out the etiquette on this JUST in case she keeps it this color or dyes it again to another crazy color. This is the first time I've ever seen her do this to her hair, so I was shocked the first time I saw her with this hair.)

My friend's husband just cheated on her with his co-worker. He regrets everything and is willing to do anything to earn her trust back. Someone mentioned to him that he should keep a voice recorder on him while he's working, so that his wife knows he's not doing anything. She's asking for my advice. I don't know what to tell her. Is that going too far? Or should she do anything to make her marriage work? Please help....she's really depressed and I don't know what to tell her.....

I have been married for over two years and after a deployment to Afghanistan during which my son was born relations with my wife have deteriorated. She refuses to have sex and the last time was over a month ago. We have gone to counseling and she claims she does not love me anymore. However, I do not wish to divorce because I want my son to have a normal life with a mother and father who love him. The sex situation is intolerable though. She informed me that the only way she would have sex with me was if I paid her $300 per event. I do not wish to cheat on my wife and I think the situation is outrageous. What would you do if you were in my situation? I need advice.

My bf best friend is a nice person,i just recently began knowing who his real friends are and i dont think he's one of em', when he comes to our house lately he always manage to pull me to the side and say something about my bf that is negative, but then he will include something postive to make the conversation sound a little better, the conversations are about my bf's past relationships and what went on or what not. last time he mentioned something to me that me & my bf recently had been through, some things my bf discussed w/ him out of privacy and he bodly told me "dont tell your bf i told you" . i was shocked. i imediately told my bf what he said soon as he left. but there are other things in which he said to me that were not nice about my bf that would make the two conflict, but i love my man and dont want him in any trouble, especially w/ his best friend of elementary school. i want to say something sooo bad b/c i dont keep secrets from him period. what do i do?? or not do

i leave in middle class white area and iam black myself . actually many white girls here are very attractive but its really sad to just keep looking .and not to have astep forward. Here in ESSEX , no girls would even encourge you to give it a try , so it actually raise too many questions in my mind ...do they feel comfortable stay with thier own race? .....whether that consider racism ?..because in this case they block the chance for other races to introduce themselves ...i would just like to get how people think in here and if most of the couples are from the same race is that indication of rejection for the other races...In fact i have read many girls here in yahoo anwering with preference to thier own race if they brought up in an area full of thier own and that actually disappointed .

He apparently is a very good liar because I did not have a clue. I had not worked in years, have 3 children but started a job about 5 months ago. When our income tax money came I took it and paid bills. I was afraid he would get it and spend it on drugs. He was furious. A couple of weeks after that he begged to come back home, even having his family call me to say how miserable he was without me & the kids. He has been mentally abusive since, he cusses me & ignores me but talks to everyone else. He says its my fault...that everything would be fine if i would just chill out. I'm now afraid he is just trying to make me look crazy and telling people that he's trying but I'm the one thats mean & abusive. What do you think he's trying to do or am i just being paranoid?

So I am a little insecure, which is stupid, my live in boyfriend makes me feel wonderful, but a few months ago, I know that he was having doubts about me, so I started out teasing, and just let my acid fingers make a snotty comment while we were chatting. I am not sure why I do this. We have been doing great, reconnecting, honestly I've been feeling more loved over the last few days than ever, he's been perfect, I've been working on controlling my inner *****, but it just slips up every now and again. Anyway have any tips? Maybe I should just always pause before saying anything. I was trying to be funny, and really just made an *** out of myself... I mean I feel like a real jerk right now.

i was a liar...i lie so i can save a relationship...so not to hurt someone i love...a lie that will have no effect on both...the bottom line is, no one is hurt........................until she came into my life...she taught me that truth must prevail...no matter what the consequences are...truth hurts...it does...and very painful too............................ive promised...then i broked it so many times ...but that promise was a simple situation(i guess) but to her is a promise is a promise...if i lied to her, we are still happy....God im so crazy in love with her...but i cant lie anymore because i love her, i told her the truth...that i broke my promise...i did not cheat nor lie...a promise broken betrays the trust given...............and it happen ...the truth separated our ways.................the question is, should i have lied or am i right that i told the truth ?

Well my aunt is flying in from Holand this weekend and she is going to be in town for the month of July, and i have been with my bf for 4 years, and i told him that i would need to spend time with my aunt and take her around Seattle and show her places but he was not happy about it.

I told him the nicest way, and i told him that i'm not going to ignore him its just that we wont spend that much time like we always do, but it is only for a month and we still have the rest of the summer together.

I would like to take him with us but he doesnt want to come anywhere with us.

Ok, so my girlfriend and I have been dating since Nov.28 of '06 and well we really like each other and all that good stuff, the only problem is her parents. 1st of all her dad is racist, and her mom isnt, but she doesnt really have authority when it comes to her hanging out with me. She usually tells her to ask her dad which in return says no. So I ask yall, has anyone been in this sort of situation? If so, what have you done to make things better?

I guess yall say you always need help and its always about a boy. But this time its about my friend. I mean we cool as hell, I make him laugh and he makes me laugh.
