My sister is a very wonderful mum and wife. She has a husband that gambles, although she believes he is not a heavy gambler, this still bothers her as it could get worse.
She has three beautiful children that, for kids, are quite well behaved. Her children are 6 years and under. I would like an idea from someone who has been through maybe a similar situation on how to help her through this period in her life.

i have been in love with him since i met him in 7th grade im in 10th grade now. when we were in 7th grade he always told me something that made me laugh.in 8th grade he sort of avoided seeing me and when he did he acted like he wanted to disapear or like he is nervous he did that in 9th grade too. why does he act like that is it because he likes me or is it because he doesnt?
he has a girl friend now but he still acts the same way when he is around me

ok so i think there is this guy who fancys me. i mean sometimes he rly smiles..(cute!lol) but then he ignores me again. but everytime he ignores me there is this weird feeling i get that he doesnt rly want 2 ignore me..and that he's actually noticing me? i dont rly know how 2 explain it ..its just a tense feeling.

email me and ill try n get a pic for ya but for now just to describe it on here for ya

right eye: outside to in black, grey, orange, yellowish, brown and it gets more and more green to the center

left eye: all of those colors except not as much yellow and where the green would be....half is green and the other side of the across from is is blue so like a half n half.

anyways i say its a curse because everyone you meet for the first time says nice eyes which is cool but then they want to talk about it for like 10 freaking minutes. i meet new people every day at work(like most of us do)

and even worse like 5 times a week i get the one corny male who says hmmmm the milkman must of paid a visit.

i think to myself okay who uses milkman? at least say the dtv or verizon man or pg&e.

and i get that comment alot because im mexican american so i got that nice brown tan brown hair so to see a mexican with color eyes always brings out the corny jokes.

My Ex husband is always finding reasons to argue with me. This time he is mad because its summertime and I found our children clothes at a garage sale that were way nice and perfect for summer. What I got for them I couldnt touch in a store for less than 500 dollars and I only paid 30. He accually told me that he dosnt pay me child support so that I can buy the kids garage sale clothes. I tried to explain that what I did with that money for my kids was none of his buisness and now he is trying to have his rate reduced. I will buy them new clothes at the beginning of the school year but for now they play outside alot and I dont see anything wrong with it. Does this make any sense or am I wrong?

I have very strong feelings about this- I just don't understand why the 'last hurah' is important- if you are still clinging to the 'freedom' of bachelorhood; don't get married! I just feel that it is VERY disrespectful to have a celebration for your wedding that includes paying some random woman (or man) to take their clothes off for you. I have other reasons, but in relation to my engagement this is my main point. I feel very strongly about this, and I wonder if I am the only woman who feels this way- it seems that I am. When it has come up, people look at me like I'm crazy to feel that a strip club is not the right place to celebrate your engagement. I have never asked my fiance to not go to other bachelor parties at strip clubs, (although I still don't like it) but I just don't want his to be at one. Am I being unreasonable?

I have wrote on here often about problem with my on and off bf of 10 yrs. We have officially broke up for good and I am moving over 1000 miles away to ft myers in about a week. Im really excited to go and start my life over, but I'm nervous that once I get there I am still going to be upset and starting crying everyday again. I was crying for six months and then when I got the opportunity to move I was excited again, so do you think I am just suppressing my emotions and that they will resurface. I want to start dating when I get down there and just have fun but should I wait? I dont want to do anything stupid and I don't want to rush into anything and feel overwhelmed either. When will I be ready? Or is the answer that there is no answer and it will just happen? Im nervous starting over at 26 its a scary thing considering like 6 months ago I felt I had everything and I dont want to get involved with anyone that only wants one thing how do I tell the difference?

I had a dream that I was in a classroom. There were other students there and me and my friend (that's a guy) were sitting next to each other. We're not into each other or anything but we were really good friends and I don't have a crush on him. Right he started to sort or talk the words to one of my favorite songs (Hold Me- Weezer). Then after it was over I told him about all of my problems and he told me how to solve them. Next he hugged me!!!!! (It was a comforting hug not a full on body hug. It was sort of a one arm on the the shoulder but kind of wrapped around.) This is really bad because one of my friends has a huge crush on him and is totally obsessed with him and dated him once. I'm not sure what this means and if I like him, if this is going to come true, or if he likes me, or if we're going to go out. I want to know what you think of this dream.

My husband is the only son in his family with four younger sisters, and he had a mother who always told him how proud of him she was, and how great he is and the things he does. He always got encourgement from his family and everything. Now I am his wife and when i'm talking to him about an idea he's just like "OK". He has NO encourgement for me, no feedback anything. It makes me feel like he does not care about me. Yet he is always telling me about his college classes, grades he gets on his papers, how he might get promote to staff Sargeant in August. I feel like he's a taker in encourgament and needing affirmation, but has no idea how to give it to others. Am I right? Is he selfish, can anyone help me understand this?

I'm pretty sure my supervisor is attracted to me and interested in me but I don't know if I should pursue him. I know he won't ask me out because it's against the rules for him to try anything and I know he doesn't know that I'm interested in him so he'd be risking a lot if he made a pass because he doesn't know if I would report him.
