We have'nt went to court yet we go in one week. He was currently on house arrest at our place when my best-friend called the cops on him because he wouldn't stop grabbing me to stop me from destorying his box(house arrest box) while tryin to kiss me and calm me down. Should we seek help together

Please go your separate ways....then you should each seek help separately. If, some day in the future, after you both have been through therapy, you feel able to reconnect, give it another try...but this relationship does not sound healthy at all, and even if you try therapy together, it is too dangerous for you two to be together until you have both dealt with your individual issues.

This sounds like a scene from cops that didn't make the final cut. It sounds to me like he already got help. That's why he's under house arrest. You on the other hand need help. Why would you try to destroy his "box." This man is trying to get his life back together and you basically try to send him back to jail. Get help, and leave the man's "Box" alone.

At what point would you expect any of us to say it's okay to stay with a guy who has been arrested for aggressively touching you?

You should both seek help, but I'm not sure it's a good idea to do it together. At least start with individual counseling to figure out where your minds are at...if you get through that and are still willing to try to work it out, then try couples counseling.

FYI, be glad for your friend...
