I think Fiz really nailed the answer but I will reiterate, indeed you need to dump her. You will never be able to trust her again after that nor the friend obviously. I hope the orgasm was worth the lose of a relationship for her because all she deserves to have left of it are memories!
As Fiz said, you deserve better--I'm sure even in the world of "answers" of females that will prob respond to this there is a worthy candidate.

your wife is a dirty girl and your best friend is no friend at all. You waited until they were finished instead of packing up your things and getting the hell out of there which means u sat there watching someone who was suppose to be monogamous to you with someone else who you trusted, pretty damn shame

I would say... passionate moments happen and sometimes noting that she is human and will make stupid choice but that whole turn it around on you bull **** throughs up a red flag pack her **** and throw it on the front lawn.
Then **** one her friends... kind of easy to just tell your story they will understand.
