My spouse and I are both Mexican and got married in Mexico. Can we get divorced in the U.S. or do we need to go back to Mexico to get divorced?

Am 35 yr old, virgin Indian.
I got married when I was 24. Before the first night had an accident and injured my spine and could not move most parts of my body. The girl dumped me and got a divorce. My parents took care of me and I recovered completely 4 years ago. Since then I focussed on getting back my life. I got a job as a software programmer. Now my career is improving. Actually am doing rather well.

All my colleagues even my bosses are younger than me. In fact my friends are all ten years younger than me. No one knows my age. Now in the last six months I have got closer to a very pretty girl. I am fond of her. I avoid discussing my age. I think she would be 25. We are the best friends and spend a lot of time together. I never made any attempt at physical intimacy. A child hood friend told me that I should tell her about my age and my past marriage. I think I would lose her. So have been avoiding her for last two weeks.

Is a 35, divorced man too wrong for 25 yr old girls.

one week my boyfriend will be all clingy and making sure he talks to me every day and then the next week comes along and its like i dont even exhist to him. i dont smother him and im not an obsessive psycho towards him either. i know he needs his space every once in awhile to be alone without me but why cant he call me within a reasonable time so i can just hear from him? does this means hes not interested in me then..? guys are confusing :(

So, there's this girl I like in one of my classes, and I want to ask her out this summer to a movie, but I don't got her phone number or anything so i was planning to send an email. I was just wondering, how many of you would say yes, if someone sent you a note like this:

Hey (Whomever),

Hope your summer's going great. I know this is a crummy way of asking, but are you doing anything this week, and if not, would someone as beautiful as you agree to go with me to the movies?

How would you respond to the statement below I found on a Christian forum site?

"Jesus tells us there is no other reason to divorce except your spouse cheating. I am an ex-abused spouse. I went through torture. But I have to admit now, that if I was truly trusting in the Lord during that time, He would have handled it for me.... EVEN if that meant my death. I think we humans often forget, when we die, we go to a better place... much much better than anything we know here and now."

Think about it family, friends, acquaintances, even strangers always ask couples "so when will you get married?" As if marriage is the ultimate and final step towards happiness. I think too many people focus on the wedding than the marriage itself, is that why in the 21st century we have a high rate of divorce?

I'm getting married about 65 miles from where I'm spending my wedding night...I want to wear the dress the whole day, but no one is available to pick up the dress to store it while my future husband and I are on our honeymoon. We're going to the airport in the morning to leave for a crosscountry flight. Is there a good way to store my dress while I'm on my honeymoon? What are my options?

Hey everyone well my friend and i are going to start a samll bi with our hobbie,..And we wanted to do wedding but we are just strting out .do u think people would hire us knwing we are neww to the wedding photos,? we where thinking sometihing small like $800.. or so.. it's for all day cover and video cam at the church and a few saying from people at the end and all that.. we also have add on's with some different things they an do..Do u think this is a good idea? whould u hire us?

My fiance is Samoan and American Indian I am Mexican and American Indian, is it too much to try incorporate aspects from all four of the cultures that make us who we are? We really want a multicultural wedding and are playing with ideas of how to do so, for example, she was going to ask her aunts to make all the groomsmen and bridesmaids attire in a nice island print. We were also planning on having hoop dancers perform at our wedding and possibly have a round dance, sung by my brother, for our guests. I wanted a Mariachi to play for a while when the reception is just getting started. Is this too much stuff to try and throw into a wedding? What do you think? Is it better to just have subtle accents of our cultures through the cake design or favors instead of full on entertainment? I'm conflicted and would just like some suggestions or interesting ideas. Thanks a bunch.

I've talked to her about it and she pretty much said I'm not that good at sex and so she doesn't want to do it. It bothers me because it is part of a marriage and if I'm not that good at it then we need to fix that. What can I do? I can't change how good I am at sex but I'm afraid she will end up cheating on me someday if she hasn't already. I trust her but I just can't believe that she NEVER wants sex! She has to be satisfying herself somehow, right?

I've known this boy for 3-4 years online, in letters, through the phone. but never in person. He's 18, I'm 17. I'm not being stupid with this, I can assure you, and I've had him take a picture of himself with my name on a little peice of paper, etc. His pictures all match. But one can never be sure that the person I've corresponded with will actually be the one who shows up. I've read a few things online that basically say, "BE PARANOID. what's the harm?" but I'm not sure how much more paranoid can I be? My mom's going to run a background check and everything, and plans to talk to him tonight.. so I was wondering if the yahoo community could help me out with the following:

A. What kinds of things should my mom ask him about on the phone? Like things that would confirm his identity, etc.
B. Other than meeting in a public place, what other precautions should I take?
C. Safer if he has a hotel room or stays at my house, where he could jeapordize (sp?) the safety of my family?
