My fiancee is supposed to sell his house and buy a place for us to live in. He raised the price of his house by 5k- which it was a little over priced anyway. There are over 500 houses for sell alone in his zip code. Is this a sign of him hesitating about the marriage?

$5000 is nothing when it comes down to a house - he just wants to squeeze a little extra $$$ out of the sale. Now if he won't budge from this - and the house sits on the market for over a month because of it - then I would be concerned...
Maybe he wants that extra $5k to go towards the wedding itself... :):)
