How can I be proud of something that I did not get through my own diligent effort?

I am proud to be alive, I am proud of my accomplishments, etc.

Listen you can be proud of your race. I think that when you yell it out loud and make a big deal of it, then it's wrong. You don't have to be a racist to love your heritage.... Hope this helps you........
