Finally after 2 months of searching I finally found my girlfriend and served her joint custody papers. She has 20 days to reply to the courts.
My question is:
what is the process i have to go through now that she has been served? And what am I looking foward to?

ok so i have alot of friends that are of different races, and my dad totally hates it, but hes always like you always go and hang out with them and you never brings your friends here, and he thinks i am messin around with them which i would never do, i try to stand up to my dad, but he just gets pissed and walks away what should i do? the reason i won't bring them around is cuz he makes racist remarks all the time, and i do not want to lose friends over that, i love my friends to death and i will protect them as much as possible. so you people who think whites are all racist, take a look at me i'm not.

I am a 25 year old stay at home mom with a soon to be 2 year old son. I haven't really worked since my son came along and I have no college education. I have recently been checking out some online schools because going to a traditional college is not an option for me. I am very unhappy in my marriage. My husband feels that the money he makes at work is his money that he uses to take care of us. He makes me ask for money and he goes shopping with me so I wont buy anything we don't really need. I get 20 dollars out of each check for myself. I am thankful for all he does for us but I don't think of the money as his money. I feel it is the family money. We fight all the time about this and he tells me if I don't like him having control over the money then I should get a job.1) How can I get a job? 2) What about our son? I feel depressed but I can't talk to my husband. I love being a mom but what about my identity? What happens to me when my son grown and no longer needs me?

Im getting married soon and noticed my boyfriend has a box of pictures of ex girlfriends..(also had a pic of his ex in his wallet i found while he was in the shower(yes im nosey)..but none of myself)..should i ask for them to be thrown out?? they dont bother me too much but i just figure they aren't needed any longer and i dont have those things anymore..what do you think?

I trusted, made time for and generally 'looked after' this person in as much as was 'on call' and willingly 24/7 as they were depressed and needed a friend after the breakdown of relationship.. For a longtime Just as I'm about to 'need them back ' and they knew - they have 'disappeared' from the planet .. Alright I had a health teacher last year, and I have had the biggest crush on her. She is like 33 hot and single. I would make small talk with her after class and she seemed interested in talking with me. She looks just like Princes Dianna, she is tall and blonde. I took custody of my 12 yr old son last july, when his mother no longer wanted him to live with her and the new family.

We were not married and in fact never lived together, however from the day of his birth, i gladly paid monthly maintenance...paid for clothes..haircuts..etc etc

He has always spent a lot of time with me,even after his mother moved him first 52 miles a way then 200 miles away..

At this time she refuses to pay me any maintenance, wont buy even the smallest of items he needs like school uniform...

she says she doesn't work but in fact runs a livery stable...keeps 6 horses of her own, a yacht etc has 3 vehicles.

she has told the csa all money is her husbands and so they have rated her as zero contributions..and refuse to look into/investigate her lifestyle....

What can i do to force her to contribute to my son's upkeep...i dont want the money for me but for him.

My x-boyfriend accused me of going out with a sugar daddy. He said his friend told him that he saw me holding hands with a sugar D when passing a certain club. for God sake, av never date a sugar D in my hole life. my x-boyfriend believed the story, the following day he come to ma place and started asking me story and i told him the truth that he was the only guy i love and i dont have an affair with a sugar D behind his back then he was like forcing me to accept the hurting strory, I tried to convince him that i was innocent but to no avail, u know i was so confused, i was so into him, madly inlove with him and i just thought that his friend din't tell him anything but he was just tired with my love and me so i just broke up with him coz i thought he had no trust in me therefore cannot trully love me. since that day uptodate i fail to love any other guy in this world coz i just feel and fear that he might have the same characters with my x-boyfriend. I'm really troubled today. I have had a string of abusive men in my life, my father, my husband, my recent ex. They were all emotionally unavailable, and tried to control me, my creativity and my emotions. Thing is, as unhappy as I was with all of them, I enjoyed constantly trying to be everything they wanted. As much as it was destroying me, it was the acceptance that I craved and yearned for that provided excitement and passion. A very unhealthy balance I know, but I very low-self esteem, and constantly trying to be someone they wanted me to be made me happy in an unhealthy way. I can't really explain it properly.

I've met a new guy and have told him all of this, I've said to him now that I can only offer friendship which he is OK with. The reason I've said this is because he was too nice to me. I couldn't stand it. I don't feel I deserve it, and it scared me. The safety zone was horrible for me.

Why on earth am I like this? Why am I attracted to men who hurt me?
