Things like pulling her chair out for her and what not, and when do I do that? I'm assuming right when we are shown our table I just don't want to mess up. Are there any other things to know?

You sound like an attentive date and probably don't have much to really worry about.
Bring a small gift when you pick her up (flowers, a candy she likes), notice what she's wearing and take in the sight with pleasure! Tell her how you like what she's chosen to wear that evening.
Later, when you receive your menus and the waiter is walking away, tell her, "tell me what you like and I'll order it for you", and if she likes that idea she'll accept your offer. If she feels uncomfortable (some of us like to do our own ordering and ask our own questions abut the food) she'll let you know then. During the meal, ask her how she likes what they brought her. If anything is unsatisfactory or she needs something, signal the waiter and take care of it for her. Be nice to your servers, if somebody goofs up, try to make light of it, as the evening is already a success because you two are together! Make eye contact and be a good listener, also asking her questions to draw her out and express her opinions (not while her mouth is full!).
Have a wonderful time!

it's nice your want to be polite and make a good impression for the girl. you can just say "let me get your chair" when you get to the table, if that is what you want to do. she'll appreciate it.

another thing, it's great to talk about yourselves, and get to know each other. be interested in HER too.... take turns sharing...

women don't like bragging, or men who aren't well groomed. just use the table manners your mom taught you, don't eat with your fingers or lick the spoon... ( =

i'm sure you will do fine, and i hope you have a really nice time when you go out to eat! take care. all the best!

yea pull out her seat for her when u arrive at the restaurant and also open the car door for her when u go to pick her up. make sure she is not a vegetarian because u wouldnt want to take her to a meat place if she is. start thinking of good questions about her life and what her interests are when you go out to eat because i am a girl and i hate to have akward moments. be as kind as u can but dont act strange, if she is telling u something that u might think is corny dont make it obvious u no its corny. relax. and dont lie about anything because she will find out about it somehow tell the gods honest truth. dont eat with your mouth open and dont be obnoxious and open the door also when u get to the restaurant. HAVE FUN AND RELAX!!!

Open the car door for her to get into the car
Once you have arrived at the destination open the car door for her.

Hold the door open for every building that you enter.
Hold her chair for her once you arrive at your table
when you are going to leave the table walk around and offer your hand to help her up.

Skip the chair, open the door, don't talk with your mouth full of food, turn off your cell.
These should help

Be sure to choose a place that has food she likes. Not too uncommon you'll choose a nice place to go, but the food may be her tastes....

Offer to pickup the cheque, she may want to split. If you really want to be suave you talk to the waiter before hand and tell him to give the bill directly to you.

First find out what shes allergic to and them see what she likes. Before, maybe you could ask her or tlak about manners and politeness. Good Luck!
