I have been there. I chased it, it chased me and waited for several months. But in the end it found me. I was able to meet my girl in an online chat. Interestingly she was in the same internet cafe and I was just behind her. 1 year of friendship and 7 years later we are still together.

Well Chasing is bad...You become a dog. And love nver chase you except for the devil.
Waiting is good... but waitng and being hemit or hemin...(isolation) will make you die and rot...
So be patient but active...socialise and be nice and free...Relax..

Love sometimes is like chasing the wind, it can come up behind you, swirl you all around and come at you head on. Sometimes just when you think you've caught it, it's gone.
As for me, I always seem to be chasing after it.
