I have had strong feelings for her for a very long time. She flirted with me and kept me going until now that its summer. I have asked her to the movies and other places and she always says "I don't know if I can go yet." I realize that she probably doesn't like me. The other day she asked me why I wanted to go out with her so bad and I just blew it. I said because I had feelings for her. All of my past experiences have been pretty rough. I can't stand females.

I lived with a guy for 13 years who was not nice to me. He did drugs and sometimes slapped me around. When I left him my parents were very angry at me. We are Spanish and this is something you don't do. I have met a very nice man who is good to me and my childern. But still my parents are urging me to return with my "husband". My whole family tends to agree with them. What do you think? I really love the guy I am with. But I love my family too. I really do not want to choose.

I have many little things that I want to thank my boyfriend for. (like not bring up things I do wrong, and the great support he gives me, making me feel beautiful even at my flawful moments) I try not to get to mushy about it, and I haven't thanked him for awhile because I know that if I do it the way I want to I would scare him away. I just want to say OMG I LOVE YOU SOOOO MUCH AND THANK YOU FOR THIS THIS AND THIS and hug him and hold him forever... but that's the crazy way, and I don't want to over do it. How can I really show him that he is the greatest boyfriend a girl could ever have without being an "over do it,clingy, emotional" girlfriend?

I come from a large family I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters and We had strict parents what we were allowed to get away with and what the nieghbors kids got away with were two different things, meaning we were not allowed to get away with all that much.

We were required to do things like go to church and do our chores and I am sure there were times we did not like our parents and wished they would "loosen up" like other parents.

We were not friends with our parents as children nor did my mom and dad plea for our respect it was mandated and commanded.

I am grateful for the way I was raised because I am respectful and have been in the same line of work 12 years and I am able to handle the real world I was not made to be the center of the universe growing up and because of the displines and my parents being consistant I am a healthy 38 year old married and serving the Lord in ministry. Do you feel gratitidue to your parents they way you were raised?

today in class, our teacher just told us to turn to a page. She wasnt listening so she began flipping through pages. soon she raises her book so I can only see the cover, while she was flipping the pages. When I looked at her, I wanted to to tell her what page we were on but she just looked back. Did I make a mistake by not telling her the page? She is the shy type.

I was cruising in my car, and i got into a small arguement with my gf about Jessica Alba. I said Jessica Alba was probably the Celeb out there. Then she threw her Pepsi on me and it went all over my trousers and white t-shirt!

I really like my gf, but im scared that this could get worse as time goes by... what do you think i should say to her? I dont think throwing Pepsi at me was the best way to solve the argument!!!

Your younger brother, sister, relative, or neighborhood friend can't wait to be your age. By narrating an appropriate story, how would you tell that young person that it isn't as wonderful as he or she thinks. What story or book would you compare this to and why?

we have been arguing all weekend on sunday evening things settled down.
one of the main items we argued about was the fact of her using money for what ever she wanted including lending to friends.
i stated that i was now going to take care of the family finances
well today i find out she has gone behind my back and bought a pram without discussion.
and has paid for it
even after we had argued about this on saturday night( we have four prams already)
what do you think

I found out a $500,000 cabin with $100,000 in furniture {owned by Michelle and acquired during the marriage} was not covered by the pre-nup and would be considered marital property and covered by the fifty-fifty bargaining line. Only I filed in another province and settled there and not here and their rules are different from here.

I have only been dating this guy for a little bit of time. Not even a week yet. And he already told me that in a couple of weeks he can see himself falling in love with me. I've never been in love and he hasn't either. I do care about him but I dont love him and I think he's taking things too fast. I dont even know how to react. Should I be honest but I dont wanna hurt him.

I am not sure what to make of her. Her cat pees on the floor in her bedroom and when it happens she changes into a different person. Usually she will just kick the cat, which does not really bother me. But the other day when the cat did this she put it in the dryer on hot for 2 minutes. I am starting to worry that this is escalating. Should I just get rid of her cat?

Most of the time I am a secure, well adjusted person. I have been married 20+ years. But sometimes I find myself depending on him for my happiness. If he is in a bad mood, I want to find out why, and I feed off his bad mood and get depressed myself, because he is so distracted. If he is not paying enough attention to me, doesn't call, fails to notice something nice I've done, I start feeling insecure again, doubting his love etc. Then I will go for a spell and feel fine, but it all seems to be in his reaction to me. How can I break out of this cycle and be more secure?

I do the same things with my two friends seperately (1 boy 1 girl) day in day out. There is hardly anyone else I feel I could be comfortable alone with. All of my 'acquaintances' seem to have friends comin out of their ears and are constantly on their phones. I feel as though I need to branch out and make new friends but the only people who show any interest in me is usually lads who are just tryin to come on to me. I find it difficult to get to the stage of swappin numbers and going out with other girls especially. I work in a pub and am as friendly and chatty as I can be (although im quite shy), but girls never seem keen to become real friends with me. Doesn't help I'm might be kinda sorta starting to see this lad who is MR POPULAR and I think he thinks I'm some kind of social failure because I'm always with the same person.
