It's very possible. Guys like to check out a girl without being noticed. so they will do this to prevent you from noticing.

Well, he's looking when you're not. Maybe he's just looking to be looking or more likely he's bashful/shy or just doesn't know how to flirt. Then there could be a lack of confidence on his part or the fear of rejection. Walk up and say hi. . .you'll find out.

girl yeah, some guys do that to meet, I can see them starring at me out of the corner of my eye and then when they think I`m about to turn around they`ll look away, I`m like man if you have something to say say it, either I have something on my face or either I am MIGHTY FINE....LOL! but yeah if he doe this alot then he (may) have some feelings

Don't give things like that much importance. Or you'll be thinking every guy that looks at you likes you. So unless he says something that you can honestly interpret as him liking you. Pay it no mind.

It could go either way. Try seeing if he does anything else flirtatious, if he does he is on to you. But he could just be looking at you because you have spinach in your teeth.Good Luck!

well it depends, if he stares at almost everone like this really hot guy in my class and he says he likes no one than dosen't but if he stares and flirts and is nice to u than YES
