about 3 years ago i was with two of my friends. one a guy and one a girl. me and my guy friend,(please note that he was not my boyfriend) were drinking. i had drank a lot and was pretty out of it. my girl friend had fallen a sleep while me and my guy friend stayed up talking. all of a sudden he kissed me. i didnt think much of it because he was cute and i kind of liked him. so we started making out. and then things went further then what i was comfertable with. he started trying to put his hands down my pants and "feeling me up" i told him that i wanted to wait before a while before i did any thing. he said fine and we just started talking again. i drank some more and pretty soon i had passed out. the next morning i woke up with a horrabile pain in my vigina and was bleeding. i think i was raped but because i was passed out and dont remember anything more then i told you i cant be sure what do you think?

We live 45 minutes apart and I rarely get to see him. I love this man so much. he is 13 1/2 years older than me. that has never mattered. i'm just saying. I rarely see him because of gas prices ( its $3.15 here in MN right now) and his truck being a gas hog. ( i don't have a license yet pathetic at 22 i know)

so what should I do? go with my feelings for this new guy I met and cheat or just dump him altogether or keep trying with this relationship?? I do love him but he won't say he loves me.

My husband and i have the same fight over and over. I tell him I am not happy in our marriage and he says he doesnt understand why. I tell him i feel lonely and bored in our relationship. He always says i dont understand or he will do just a little bit in our relationship to shut me up. I always tell him he will only do things in our marriage to shut me up. He always says not, but tonight When i finally said it really doesnt matter anymore he comes back with yes it does, because if your not happy then i have to listen to you *****. I really believe he is just here because he is afraid of divorce, the cost of it, and putting his children through it. All I want is just a little romance and little more quality time. Is this to much to ask for.

This is what he considers romantic. He fixed dinner, it was good, and we ate with our kids. He bought a bottle of wine, but he never opened it during diner. We never talked during the meal.

She is cool and everything but she won't leave me alone sometimes. I count my blessings that I have a normal family but with her hanging out with me so much I get frustrated and need time away from her. I don't want to upset her or be mean to her in anyway.

Let's assume the hour glass sand is in its sixth decade and yet, energy for dancing, dining, movies, conversation is still high. Avoiding the legal jungle of divorce seems like being a coward but avoiding those unwanted consequences also looks favorable, too. What to do? Can someone who is not sleeping with former wife be considered single and if someone comes along that's really a perfect fit get on with his/her life?

There is an end of the year party for school and it is on a lake. I am afraid of boats (bad experience) and one of things that we are doing is tubing.

Me and my gf are going and i don't think that she likes boats either but she might. Even though i am scared to death, should i go tubing if she does?

We of course are going to hang out with each other the entire time, do you think that she will think i am a wimp if i tell her i am scared of boats?

I had a bad experience in which i could have died. I was close but was saved. No one knows about this but my family.

Okay, we have not went on our first date yet. My mom saw him last Saturday. He was actually a customer of hers and she told him to phone me. So he did a day or two later. We met up the day after we talked on the phone and hung out for maybe 5 minutes. He had to take his co-worker home. Okay, anyway, he called me every day after that...a lot...telling me he missed me sooo much and couldn't wait to see me again, how he wished he could just hold and cuddle me...all those lovely things. Anyway, today we were supposed to go on a date and he hasn't called...and I've tried to call both of his cell phones and he's not answering... is it okay to freak out or am I assuming right? Should I just move on? The dating game wears me out....help!

Ok, I am currently in eighth grade, and in 13 days, the school year will be over and I will move on to high school. At my school, the students are split into two groups to go to two different high schools. I have made SO many great and reliable friends througout middle school that aren't attending my high school. The problem is, my friendships with some of my friends are just now growing strong. During the weekend, I yearn to be at school with my friends because I feel lonely without them. I really don't want to leave them because I know in 13 days I will NEVER see them again. See, their high school is far away from mine, and the chances of us ever seeing eachother again is VERY slim. I will be vacationing ALL summer, so I won't be able to get together with them over the break. I am also going to leave this guy I have had a MAJOR crush on for all 3 years of middle school, and I AM NOT ready to get over him. Can anybody PLZ HELP!!! Plz don't tell me to grow up or get over it!

I'm fascinated by something. Every woman I know appears to define an intellectual or emotional connection as a more serious form of cheating than a sexual connection. I've also recently heard this from women on TV as diverse as Miss Ellie Ewing from Dallas and Sharon Osbourne. On the other hand, most men I know follow the Tony Soprano line - "It's nothing intimate, just talking".

Looking for thoughts from men and women, straight and gay - how do YOU define cheating, and which is more serious - sexual or emotional connection?

I think this is a cultural myth, bolstered by PG-13 romantic comedies. I think the reality is that (heterosexual) men and women need to maintain a certain distance otherwise romantic/sexual feelings start to develop. Does anyone have real life evidence to refute this? Not just a theory that looks good on paper and should work, but a real life experience of a man and a woman being emotionally close and not have the sexual/romantic element become an issue.
I've seen and experienced many situations where the two people claim they are just friends. But it seems like one or both persons are in denial that there's nothing more going on.

We attended a dinner last week. Everyone at the table waited to start eating until the last person was served. Not my husband! He dug right in. When I said (quietly, so as not to embarrass him), "Everyone is waiting, you should too", he replied, "I'm hungry!" Mind you, I was there receiving an award and he made me look really bad in front of my colleagues. He keeps doing this (even though he is fifty years old, for God's sake) and I don't know how much I can handle. If I try to talk to him about it, his attitude is, "I can do what I want! I don't care what others think!" I'm about ready to leave him.

Am I being unfair?
