women....without a doubt, and I am not just saying that because I am a guy...Whenever men do something inconsiderate it is out of fear, when women do it it is premeditated and secretly sadistic.

I think they can be equally heartless. I have known both men and women who are that way...I try to avoid them.
I am not sure if one is more heartless than the other...heartless people are just that way regardless of their sex.

I think they are both heartless in different ways. I can't really say which is more heartless. We are all created equal.

Men have been treating women badly for centuries I guess some women are now doing the same and its bad no matter who does it. Love one another sincerely I say. Any human being who sets their mind to it can ruin another for life so play nice.

both can be. it depends whats in your past. most of people become like that because somebody broke their heart and it hurt them really badly.
