She told our 2 severely disabled parents to enter a home and give her any remaining $ they have, or else she'd disappear. When they refused, she disappeared. (They live with a caregiver and I live far away)

I never got along with my baby's dad's parents. They've disrespected me and just want it their way. They order me for them to see the baby, and tells me what I should and should not do with my son. My view is to get to the baby, you have to get through me. & Disrespecting me ain't really going to help.

They are now saying they will take me to court to get visitation & they have all right to. Is this really true??

I was just wondering what your thoughts are on this. We have been in a monogomous relationship for 6 yrs now. Recently, he went to a class event for his son and didnt invite me. I have the feeling I am being left out of things deliberately by his ex wife and family just to be mean.
I went to a large sit down dinner recently with everyone who is anyone in our area, and paid for his ticket and he was very excited about going. Of course it was an open bar, free entertainment and all of the people who are considered
I feel like he should have reciprocated even though it was just a little cheap event with nothing really happening. Am I being overly sensitive? If I was married to him, I think I would have been asked to attend with no questions asked. He also did not ask me to attend his high school reunion. I was asked to attend someone reunion, who I dont even have a relationship with except for friends. Just tell me what you think please.

I am a 15 year old guy. Me and one of my best GIRL friends haven't talked for almost 1 week. We go to the same school, live near eachother etc... She is mad at me, I'm not mad at her. She isn't talking to me. Anyways, this has happened before and I can usually get out of it by just talking to her.
This time it seems a bit worse, although, do you think I should talk to her about it, or just let her be for now?

Need help please

I know the old verbage "Let sleeping dogs lie", but this guy was a good friend. I moved away in 10th grade and lost touch. Maybe I am just getting old, but 2 years ago I started thinking about him. I decided to let it go, but about 2 weeks ago he came to mind and I just can't shake the feeling I am suppose to find him. I did find him on Classmates.com, he is in a relationship and has a kid. I don't want to jeopardize his happiness by coming back into his life. Again, we were just friends. It would have been nice to be more, but it wasn't in the cards. By the way I am in a relationship also and have kids. HELP!! Am I wrong to find him and try to get in touch? or should I just let him stay a nice memory?

ok there is this old man who wanders around our school. he goes into the cafe @ lunch and always watches peoples buts when they go dump their trash from lunch. he massaged my friend's shoulders and is always licking his lips. some ppl say that he locks his door when ya go into his office. when we r switching classes he always asks girls if they wanna come in. he told 2 of my friends that he would like 2 c them makeout! when he talks to u, he takes u into empty rooms, and gets up close in ur face and rubs ur chin, also he will make random ppl sit with him at lunch. even some of the teacher's said he is a perv. i kno a girl who is neighbors with him and said that he had the house beside him burned down because he thought it was haunted. he was brought 2 court 10 years ago 4 mollesting a girl but charges were dropped. some parents have notified the school board but...... omg do u think hes a perv?

we bumped into each other recently at a club...i was looking great, and he managed to find me online again and posted me his number...

weeks passed, and he said he wanted to see me, we set a date...the night b4 the date he texted me his 2nd num, i texed back and that was that...the day of the date...NOTHING! completely stood me up...
so now he knows i've met a great guy, and said he wants to see me while i'm still single...we set a date for tonight...in my head, standing me up was VERYY bad ...but i have a feeling hes going to do it again, (havent heard from him today)...hes coming to pick me up from my house @ 8pm 2nite..so if he stands me up again,i wont be answering his calls, and most likely not speak to him again.is this good?

I am 28 years old. My boyfriend is 33. We have been in a relationship for almost 8 years. We met in 98 and briefly (for 5 months) broke up in 2002. The next year we got back together and officially became exclusive, or so I thought. While he was with me, he never broke off the relationship with the other woman. Well, in December of 2005, he got her pregnant. he told me about her and the baby, but (of course) said that he didn't love her and wanted to be with me. Skip ahead to February 2007. He proposed to me, gave me this huge 3.5 carat engagement ring and I accepted. Of course, when the mother found out. she went nuts! My fiancee wants me to be and active part in helping him raise his baby girl. I don't think that it is appropriate for me to try to be involved with the baby right now. Maybe later. I am so confused and don't even know how to begin to handle this situation. Pleas help!

dont use,'well children always come first' if you were in a relationship and your 'other' began to spend more than70% of his or her time with their children, not including you. you have tried to compromise with her/him about the situation, but to no avail. you want to stay with them, but are unsure how to make him/her understand you want to be included in her life. besides the obvious of telling her to make time for you, what else should be said, done?

My boyfriend and I were together 6 months and everything was going amazingly well, we were so in love, then he dumps me out of the blue. Things were getting serious (you know when you get sensitive to the other person, little things hurt your feelings) and he got freaked out. He begged for me back that night. Everything was going really well again and he dumped me randomly a week later. I later found out from a mutual friend he was telling people he found it overwhelming to feel so strongly about someone and it scared him.
He begged for me back again, sounded really positive this time. Said he was 110% commited to me and i was the best thing to happen to him and he was sorry it ever happened.
Now 2 months later he's just broken up with me again. Basically for the same reasons. He cried when he did it. Admittedly he has a LOT of stuff going on in his life right now, worries. But people are saying a guy won't dump you if he loves you.

I live with my boyfriend and we've been together for 1 year. I've known him for fifteen years. He acts really distant. He only calls now when he needs something. He's been having work problems. He told me 2 weeks ago he isn't happy with me. He said he wants us to stay together to try and work it out. When I call him now-which isn't that often - he acts cold and distant. H e doesn't say I love you much anymore. I've been very sweet to him and I don't nag him. He said there's not someone else. He still stays around the house at night , he doesn't disappear. He only wants to have sex once a week now. Please help because I moved to another state for him (because we were best friends) and I need to know what to do so I can move on if need be. I'm very confused. Thanks.:)

I'm not sure how much he make I'm guess between 900 and1200 a mth. he pays $300 a mth child support, He is a wonderful father to his kids. but I'm really worried about the vehicle he drive and their saftey as his car and house are falling apart. I honestly think hes doing the best he can. And I would like to know what he should be paying. We did a do it yourself divorce and he decided the amount, but know his wife is legally blind and can't work and they have a child to raise. please help..

If you cant be sincere, please dont answer

Here is the question.

If I divorce and if my wife remarries should not I give up my parental rights?

I feel that it could be the right thing to do. just because I gave the seed to bring her into this world, doesn’t mean I'm a true father. a true father is one who is always their for the child to take care of her.

if a new man comes into her life, and truly loves her and takes care of her, then she could believe that he is her father. Given that she is young enough and susceptible to call a new man in her life father.

Why should a guy like me, come into her life every once in a while and tell her I love her. Soon the relationship could fade and she could loose me and who I am, even though I will take advantage of all the time that visitation rights will allow me to be with her.
