For the past three years I have taken my mother to a local green house that my mother and father love to buy flowers at and I let her pick out some flowers. I usually spend about $40. She has bought hanging baskets, but this year we are living in a new house. The old house had a place on the porch for her to hang a hanging flower plant. This year there is not a spot. My parents have not planted any flowers yet in there flower beds so she may buy flowers for them.

Well, my mom has to work but she gets off early so I was thinking about getting her a flower arrangement of some kind and taking it up to where she works as a surprise. We are going to grill out and make hot wings, too. I got her a porcelain sculpture of two parakeets on an orchid vine as a gift, and already gave it to her. She loved it. :)
