Lets say you met a guy that is your other half~
and you love spending time with him and after a week or 2 you found out something about him,something that you absolutely hate in a guy (but its not that big deal)
its just that you would prefer a guy not to have that quality that you actually hate!!!

My husband left me cause of his lack of trust in me. He said I cheated him because I carpooled with my male co-worker to a training job site. I have never cheated on my husband. I was (am) in love with him and I do not understand why he did not trust me. He said I am sneaky. If he wants to come back how do I gain his trust? And how do I get him to go to counseling for his abusive behavior?

should stay together? She cheated on her husband after their youngest was born for 2.5 years & got caught (only stopped after getting caught) & after her husband "took her back" he started up his own affair & is still going on for 1.5 years now. She's distant & frigid, he's selfish & cool. When they try to do anything together, either one pretty much shoos off the other or limits it to "functional" sex (if that makes sense). You know, doing it just to do it like a job not a pleasure. Trust me this is the short version of their dysfunctional lives...I'd have to scribe a novel to get it all out there. They have kids & I think are only sticking it out cause they don't want to brand them with a divorce. (Even though I think it's not the divorce that screws up kids as some ppl shouldn't be together, but how the parents handle one). What do you think they should do?

Ok so here it is. I'm a divorced father of two girls ages 3 & 7. I've been into the dating game since my divorce over 1 1/2yrs ago and was wondering about how being an 29yr old father of two is affecting my dating chances and age groups. I am a very insecure person, I am very low in the self esteem department, I have never been with anyone who hasn't cheated on me, I have been physically abused many times, I have been raped, nobody has ever loved me enough to not cheat on me. I have met this wonderful man, who when I met him, had several affairs going on online. He says he stopped them when we started getting serious, while we were dating it was still going on. Now one of his old flames has contacted him, and I am crazy with jealousy, I have written her and asked her to stop talking to him, she said she would only stop talking to him if he asked her too, I have snooped through his history, I have checked his cell phone, all these women he talks to are skinny and young, I am fat and older, I don't understand why he is with me, and he claims that they are just old friends, My insecurities are taring us apart. I broke it off with one pretending to be him.I know its horrible , but how can I compete?

I've been with a girl for 3 months. I have kids, but she doesn't.
I've been divorced from my ex for 18 months, and we are just friends now (nothing else). We both have our own lives.
Yesterday I spent the day with my gf and son at the zoo. Around the time I was due to bring my son back, my ex phoned me if I could pick some milk up on the way to dropping my son back. I didn't think it was a problem so nipped into the garage.
For the next 6 hours my girl friend then kept telling me that I should have told her to get off her lazy fat ar*e, F**k off and get it herself, or at least pretend I'd forgot. Because I didn't, she accused me of ruining the day out. My gf has never spoken to her.

I tried to tell her that there wasn't anything in it, but she then kept saying that I should think more of her (my girlfriend) and stop jumping when my ex says so (which I don't!). She say's that now I'm with her I should not do my ex ANY favours whatsoever.

How do other gf / ex's work?

My sisters husband is an abuser. Because of this and the fact that she pretends he is not, I haven't had a relationship with her for several years. Her husband is a low self esteem bully from a broken home.

My wife is Anglo Indian and has always tried to get along with my family even though they are racist, ignorant and haven't bothered much to know her. Several years ago my wife'd father died of cancer. My parents had never even met him and they did not even mention or think of attending his funeral.

My sisters husbands father has just died and the funeral is coming up. My father says he is going because he wants to "show his last respects because its the right thing to do". My relationship with my father is strained enough without me telling him what I obviously feel about this but it bothers me that abusers fathers funeral is such an important thing and my wife's father was just ignored in death.

My wifes dad lived 400 miles away so my parents wouldnt have attended anyway.

How can someone stop his/her sexual desire and "commit" his/herself to only one partner along his/her lifetime, could they survive this kind of relationship. Ok, my daughter is not really my dauhgter, my now ex wife had her before we got together but I love her so much that I have always considered her my own and love her as much as I do my own kids. My questions are, even if she and I are divorced can I still adopt her? Also, do I have any legal parental rights over her since I raised her from a baby? She is still under 10 years old and her real father doesnt want anything to do with her yet he wont give up his parental right.

Caught my wife(married 18 years) cheating. Found out for sure when I walked in on her doing two guys at once several months ago. She admitted she started doing pot and other drugs with one of the new "friends". I work long hours and she has not worked the past 2 years while being the one watching our disabled son. He is at school during the day so she is free to do what she wants -which is other people. She said she was sorry and would not cheat again - I forgave her- and caught her again and again with different guys. Then she admitted that she had started sleeping with women too.
She been an uptight prude who pretty much insisted on missionary only. My aunty commited suicide last year on may 20th and i want to know is there anyway i can actually see her 8 year old daughter...

i really love him i really want this to wrok.
