you're only 16 so first of all, chill out.
second, go do the things you love and meet a girl there since you two will obviously have something in common.
then see what happens.

Get out and go places fun where u can meet girls your age... skating, movies, park ect.... Then when U meet a girl your interested in talk to her about what u enjoy and so on then ask her out... Now the kissing part takes practice, BUT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.......... LOL
