My aunty commited suicide last year on may 20th and i want to know is there anyway i can actually see her 8 year old daughter...
& try and get custody over her...
coz her father is a C#nt & wont let me or any of my family see her...
Me n my family have lost someone close to us cause of this Man And all we want is to see sharon my aunties daughter sarah And she left NO WILL either which makes things worse cause Me and my family and her friends and her 26 year old son doesnt get anything and her husband does??!?!!?!?!?

I personally don't think there is anything you can do. You need to talk to an attorney and get his legal advice. The courts is the only one to do this--at this point. (and I really think they should/will) Good luck

her husband, or the father of the 8 year old gets the 8 year old... sorry..
the STATE will probate the property that she owned
