Ok, my daughter is not really my dauhgter, my now ex wife had her before we got together but I love her so much that I have always considered her my own and love her as much as I do my own kids. My questions are, even if she and I are divorced can I still adopt her? Also, do I have any legal parental rights over her since I raised her from a baby? She is still under 10 years old and her real father doesnt want anything to do with her yet he wont give up his parental right.

The biological father would have to give up his rights in order for you to be able to adopt her. Also the mother would have to agree to the adoption as well..

you really have no legal rights but have you discussed this with her mom? are your kids yours and hers? if she agrees and their father agrees you can adopt her-if it's contested you will lose--sorry.But you don't have to be her legal father to be her daddy-ask her mom for visitation
