Time and only time cures love wounds.
In the meantime, as you're stuck with all the pain inside , you should try to take steps to ease it.
1) Dress up prettily in the mornings- it will help you feel more confidence in yourself and attract others towards you.
2) Keep yourself active- the less time spent alone, the less you will mop and the sooner you will feel better, even if you cant forget.
3) Look for different activities- Take up gym or something physical that will tire you out.
4) Get involved in yr community- you will identify with other people and their situations because you are suffering too.
5) When alone, do solitaries, sudokos, listen to loud music or something.
Remember anyhow that you are in mourning- you are mourning for a lost relationship- Don't be too strict on yourself. if you can't go out and have fun , that's ok- don't force it. lol

move on, think about other things, and dont sleep with others, it wont help... time will help you
