i have just looked at a text message he does not know that he has it. have you texted julie or have you erased her number remember she has yours. i am 32 not getting any younger and i am going to leave the idiot at the end of the week while he is on nights. i am not imagining this am i?

Situation:

4 siblings, one left minor amount (about 1% of estate), rest of estate equally shared with other 3. 1 cut out member was into drugs and cut out of family over 30 years ago. There is a letter with Will stating why this child was left small amount.

Sibling not left anything is in "care" with the state.

Can his carers challenge the will? If there is a letter from parents, letters from other 3 siblings with details and other family members who can state the trouble he caused and his non involvement in family.

Any help?

I want to thank you all out there in this cyper community! I live out in the country, our families are far away, and the people here in this community are not very nice. I've just recently found JahooAnswers and I finally feel like I belong somewhere and maybe can do some good for others. I know all of you, with your honesty and passion, have touched my heart. this bartender that i have had a crush on for about a year now always flirts w/me when im in there. He will periodically give me free drinks. Its not like i tip him so generously either, i do tip him but i dont think thats why he flirts. I know he has a girlfriend, and he knows i know he does. But he still flirts w/me, i like him but i am keeping my distance for the purpose of his girl. Could he still like me?

Hey yall, there was this gu that i liked and he liked me 2, he even told 1 of my friends. He would alwas tickle me and hug me. He would walk me to like 3 of my classes, he would hold the doors, walk with me after school, joke around with me at my locker, and he would hang out with me at lunch outside.
Well thursday and friday he acted weird, like he would completely ignore me. I noticed also that he was hanging out with this chick who has been trying to get me and him away from eachother cause she likes him 2 ( she gets around quite a bit to and smokes more than cigarettes in my opinion ).


So do you all think that I should just ignore him and let him do his thing until he comes back around?

what's up with that ? at age 12 I liked guys just as much as other girls or even more. I had a huge crush on this one kid and I was obsessed with this celebrity. But slowly my attraction towards guys has been decreasing. Like, they are still cute and stuff but I don't have crushes on guys anymore not the way I used to. I'm 15 now. I feel like I don't like guys as much as other girls do. Don't say I'm turning gay unless that's really what you think.

So my girlfriend had an affair with this guy about 5 months ago, right.. I'll admit I pushed her into him, kind of the way I was acting, my fault. I have been with this girl for 8 years, I had planned for us to get married, and then she begins acting strange and hiding thing. I suspected she was cheating with a certain guy so I gave in and broke up with her.

Well I forgave her about 2 weeks later, and it's been 5 months. She told me she had no reason to contact him ever again.

Well about 4 am, she gets a text message saying "hiii.." I grab her phone and she gets mad and starts screaming for me not to text him! LOL.

She says she doesn't know why he's texting her and has no control over it. Then she says maybe he was drunk or it was an accident?

Wow.. everything JUST had been normal again and now this. What do I do about this!?

It's like a love-hate relationship. I do, of course, love my family and I wish them all good, but sometimes I feel like I don't even like them, and sometimes I feel like I love them the most. It's easier with friends & lovers, you may break it off if things get really bad, but with parents & siblings it's crazy! Why do you think?

I have a friend who has been married for 20+ years. In his words she is physically and verbally abusive. She is controlling and jealous of his relationship with their daughter. After she accused him of having an affair he finally had enough and moved out. He accepted a job 3 hours away and started to rebuild his life. 2 weeks ago they got together to hash out some of the details. The conversation ended with her talking him into marriage counseling. He says he'll give it a shot but was doing so with a lot of apprehension. By nature he is very passive and she is very... uh, assertive... spelled c-o-n-t-r-o-l-l-i-n-g.
Anyone care to sound off?
What is your best guess, can a leopard change her spots?
Can this marriage be saved with the help of a therapist?

My girl needs to text this guy (who I don't like) to find out information about a job she applied to. Well she deletes her texts and calls, and sleeps by her phone and whenever it rings or beeps she flies up.

Last night she left her phone away from her and he texted her, for the first time in months. I was going to try and act like her but she got up, screaming and yelling to not to text him or she'd never talk to me again. She said she has no control over him texting her. He did say he hadn't heard from her in a while in the text

Is she hiding something?

i just dont know what to do anymore. i feel like me and my boyfriend
are growing farther apart than closer together. when we first got
together he would always show me lots of love and affection. now its
like he almost throws a fit when i want a kiss or a hug. he makes
excuses for "other" things too. when we sleep together, thats just
what we do, sleep. he wont even cuddle with me in bed because he says
it makes him all cramped up, blah blah blah. pretty much i just feel
like were friends and nothing more. ive tried talking to him but he
just says im beating on a bad subject. i dont think hes cheating on
me and i trust that hes not. he wont go out to karaoke with me
anymore like he used to. he says i always catch him at a bad time but
he never tells me when its a good time. i just need to know what to
do to get the man back that i fell in love with. its taring me up
inside and i cant even talk to any of my friends about it cause they
all know him and i dont want them to slip. im just afraid that will
make our relationship more rocky than it already is. i dont want to
loose him but im tired of him just bein my friend. i dont ask for
much. just a little attention is all i need and i have to practically
fight for that. i hope im not being selfish. i just need some advice.

ive just turned 17 and come from a middle class family. i really wanted a car and my dad said he would buy me a corsa for about 3-4k. but my mum wont let him because she thinkd i'd be spoilt! wquite a few of my m8s have had cars bought for them but what does evry1 else thinkl? i would have 2 pay tax/insurance/petrol etc... and im getting a job asap!!

I am wondering how much say a father these days has in their child's life. My ex wants a say in if my child should have a cell phone that I am paying for and her personal hygiene matters. His mother also wants a say in what she wears and what classes she takes at school.

I wanted to have a strong voice in her life as her mother but could not really have that.

My ex was a mama's boy in my opinion and constantly asked his mother her opinion on things concerning our child. She had a say in what camps she attended in the summer also. She used to make comments that my daughter was her "daughter" and that I could not "make her hair."

My ex also get very upset with me when I questioned him sharing her report card with his mother. I said that each thing in her life does not have to be shared with her grandmother.

Is this normal?
