seriously-- listen to Tom Lankis on Free FM radio. I'm 41 and listen to his suggestions. He's more for the 18-32 year old males like you. Take 90% of his advice, except the part about heavy set women!He'll tell you step by step how and when to leave your girl!!!!

Be honest and tell her your feelings have changed and you wanted her to know. That way she knows exactly where she stands and most women will ask what do you mean, now, this is where you say I feel we need to stop seeing each other. If she doesn't ask any questions then again be honest and tell her you feel your ready to move ahead with your life. Don't be mean to her, and more than likely she already has some idea something is wrong in the relationship.

Tell her you want to end the relationship. Be kind about it, keep it short and sweet. Do it as soon as possible so you don't delay the inevitable. Put yourself in her place and consider how you'd like to be told.

Just be honest and tell you you don't think it's working anymore, and that you're breaking up with her. Sure it will hurt, but at least you're broken up, and you can both move on with your lives.
