Im in high school and this guy that I KNOW likes me even though we've never talked (since he stares at me all the time, its kind of obvious, plus he started it) has had a friend with benefits since the beginning of the year. He & I have been eyeing each other and going crazy with body language since the middle of LAST year. I was absent from school the past few days, & I came in late today, but a friend said she saw him and the girl making out in the hall. I was like "Ew, okay" because I thought "He probably thinks Im not here and thinks it's 'safe', or theyre going out, big deal" and then later I saw them walking to class with their arms around each other, smooching and such. He didnt know I was there because I was far behind them and that was the one time I saw him. Im thinking he either presumed I was absent again, because I see him in the morning every day and I was late, or theyre dating. I don't know if I should try to lose interest or get to know him and wait till they break up.

I know alot of people wont admit this but is there a specific race or religion you know if you dated, your family would disapprove of?

My question is, how often does an abuser like this turn physical. We have been together almost 5 years and are now living together, He has never gotten physical but since we have moved in together his verbal attacks have increased exponentially. All advice appreciated and needed asap.

If happened again to today while I was eating lunch in a restaurant. A guy approx. 25 - 30 years old was walking out and put his hand on my shoulder and asked me if my dish that I was eating was good. All the while he was looking me in the eyes with his melting eyes.

Was this a missed opportunity again?

We have been together for 6 years and i love him to death. Things between us started changing once my father died 8 months ago. He use to come with me to see him but that stopped after christmas. He cant seem to keep me happy. He cant keep a job. theres always an excuse. Whenever theres a problem its me to handle it. I feel more like a mother then a fiance. Maybe its me. I started talking to this guy that i work with who is completely different from who i'm with now. I know what i'm doing is wrong and everytime i tell myself that i'm going to stop this today but i cant seem to help myself. I really dont know what to do. Should i break it off with the both of them? Or stay with the guy i've been with for 6 years and work it out? Should i tell him? I love him but is love really enough? And being that i've been cheating does that mean i'll do it again? I've never cheated on him before...i dont know what to do...can someone help me?

All these questions have so many people saying they don't want sex outside a meaningful relationship. What on earth is so wrong with casual sex?

I see it like this, a balanced diet does not always taste good, but you can lead a long, healthy life with it. Chocolate, on the other hand, is fun and delicious to taste - but you cannot eat only chocolate all your life, right?

Strict and conservative people will say youngsters to stay away from chocolate & only eat healthy balanced diet. But does it mean, in reality, can't we eat some chocolate at some point in our life - as long as we know what to eat at any certain point of time in our life?

In the same way, people should focus on having serious relationships. But at certain times, can't they enjoy the pleasure of casual sex (as long as they aren't cheating, and as long as they are well educated about sex)?

I had breakup with my bf 1yr back but still we are in touch. meanwhile I am having a family problem and this put me in depression and for a long period i was unawre of my health).
today he called me and said he want to see me online through cam. we were seeing each other after one year and i was so happy caz i still love him and can never able to forget,I was excited that may be he is feeling the same. but when he saw me on the cam he said I am too fat,, ugly and pass comments. it was hurting but i tried to ignore that he is just irritating me. but again he called me and comment badly, said that I was so pretty when we met last (1year back) but now I look bad caz i am fat though he knows that from which circumstances i had passed and with depression I loose interest in activits of life which make me fat. he said he is concern to me so as a friend he ADVICE ME to loose weight. I said okay and disconnected the call.
the thing is not that I am fat or slim. but the thing which upset me that he cant able to understand my feelings. Its hurting me that I looked ugly to him. while MY thinking is that love always see emotions and true feelings but not the external??? I cant understand what to say myself. I am already taking treatment and joined a gym to come back my previous figure but the thing is he dont understand my love but my looks. I am feeling hurt or what? BUt i am sad. Hating myself.
my final exams are coming and i am unable to study caz this thing is distracting me? what u think he realy concern to my health or just making fun of me?

Okay I hate to sound like a snob but i cant find a man who deserves to be with me. I think i am pretty good catch. I am pretty goodlooking. I am a college graduate with my own house, car and a great career. I play softball on the weekends and love having a cold beer and playing pool with my male coworkers after work sometimes. Now heres my problem every man i meet is either married, gay or wants me to support them. The one guy I thought I had a future with turned out to be living in a shelter. If he had just fallen on hard times I would be okay with it. But he said he planned to stay there and use the system until he felt like working again. Why I dont know. He's perfectly capable of working. What I need to know is where can I find a man with a good job, with a great sense of humor, likes some of the things I like, who eventually wants to get married? Oh yeah he should have all of his teeth too. Thanks.

me and my bf/fiance have been together for almost 4 years now, we have a daughter together and live together in a townhouse. he isnt a big drinker or anything but ocasionaly when a couple of his friends from work ask him to go to the bar with them, he asks if i mind that he goes, and say no and he wil go. he doenst go all the time i think a total of like 2 times since we have been together. my best friend thinks that its totally wrong that he goes and that bars are for single people. and that im crazy allowing him to go. but i think me telling him he cant go is going to anger him and make him go anyway and think i dont trust him. my friend says that she would never let her man go and i am asking for it. i would like women and mens opinions. is a bar with your friends a place to meet women only?? is it the same thing if i go out with my friends to a nightclub? please help me with this one.

I'm a college student and I fell for one of my classmates who just got out of a long crazy relationship, is graduating this semester, and is moving to a different state. We met this semester. Every time we see each other the chemistry is obvious. We get along great! At times I even think that the feeling is mutual. I don't know what to do because I don't want to get hurt. I have a feeling I will end up getting hurt since my friend is moving in a month and the ex is still around. Any advice???

fuc*k buddy? Also do you think it's possible for a fuc*k buddy to be a long-term girlfriend. I have this friend who slept with his current girlfriend on the 1st date, and the have been together a little over a year now. I don't know if I am really feeling this girl, but if I am I don't know why or what to say to her about it. She told me she would have never had a fuc*k buddy because she thought it meant you were a hoe, but after she got hurt really bad form her last relationship, it just became easy to do because it became her defense mechanism. Now that we have been at it for a few months, and I know why she and I are doing it the way we are I don't look at her the same (like a hoe). She has never asked me for anything, and has been able to handle herself with our "freaking" arrangement (by not becoming attached, I think). She has been the same way since day one so I really don't know how she feels. Is it possible that I am becoming attached, if so what do I need to do. What did u do

When I came home from work last night I caught my husband and babysitter laying in the bed together. I was stunned at what I was seeing and demanded that they both get up and get out. My husband claimed that nothing was going on. He says that our babysitter got into the bed with him because our children were afraid and uncomfortable because I wasn't home. He says that by our babysitter laying in the bed, it sooths the childrens nerves and makes them feel as if I am there with them. He says that she does it all the time and that I have nothing to worry about. Is this right? Should my husband lay in the bed with our babysitter when I am not home?? Help please!

I grew up with a girl my age living next door to me. We were friends but never anything more. I think both of us were attracted to each other and would have liked to tried the boyfriend/girlfriend thing but it just never happend. We lived by each other from 1st through 12 grade. I am now 34 and married for 12 years. I have 3 kids. I am happy and do not find it a problem to stay faithfull to my wife. The one person in the world that I think about sometimes and could not say for sure I could turn down a night with is this "girl next door" I have not even seen her in 5 years. It is certanly not an obsession I just think of her from time to time. Is it common to have fond feelings for a person from your childhood? Does anyone esle have a "girl/boy next door that you think of from time to time?
