for various reasons like coming home from the mall late, not making dinner, just a few minor things, and for a big thing too like asking my in-laws to move out of our house and live with their daughter instead(about 8 months ago), of course my mother in law hates my guts, when she lived with us I did not feel comfortable in my own house, she was always juding me, it is hard for me to have kids and when I finally got pregnant, I miscarried and my mother in law said I must of done something wrong to have lost the baby, we have been married for 2 years now and some days its great on others I just cry all night, when we visit his parents his mom always makes some smart comment to me when my husband is in the bathroom or not in the room, last week she said having kids is more important than having money, she knows it is hard for me to have kids, I told my husband and he said I don't understand chinese since I am american born chinese and get mad at me, I feel like our marriage is over

I am broken off with my sons dad b/c he wanted to fulfill his sexual needs with somebody closer to him. Anyway, today he was on the phone with our son and at first I picked up as usual and talked to him about what we're doing when he called and then I gave the phone to our son.
During their conversation I could hear someone just pressing buttons and it wasn't our son, I took the phone and it wasn't him, but it was his jealous ***** being stupid and immature. It had to be cuz he tried to play it off when I asked who was doing that like my son was still on the phone. I know she is very jealous of me b/c he tells me that and that they argue every time he speaks to me.
Now why would a "grown woman" do that mess to a 9 yr old? I have told the man to keep her in check and that if she continues that petty crap he can't call here. What would do if you were him or me?
BTW, he is tired of her sh!t but afraid to go to jail if he tries to kick her out b/v he is a felon and she threatend him.

Ok, so I was with my ex for about 2 years and a half. I broke up with him because he gave me reasons not to trust him. He knows I still him, but I told him not to look for me anymore. But he still comes around, talking about he does want to be with me but that I'm always mad at him for something. Well, yeah I'm mad at him because it seems like he he just wants to be with me whenever he decides he has the time, and I don't wanna be just waiting around for him. But basically here are the reasons why we are always fighting: He has a my space profile, but he gets mad when I look at it. The reason why I look at it is because he says he is single, and there for dating, serious relationships, and friends ofcourse, but I dont mind that one. I told him the other 3 bothers me, but he never updates it, and he is logged in almost everyday. Then, he has all this girls #'s on his cell, which he claims he doesn't talk to, but when he is wiht me, his phone is on vibrate, and he does buy rightones.

Ok so i'm 18 years old and there's this guy i worked with over the summer. He's a year younger than me, and he's really shy and quiet. BUt overtime he started opening up around me and we became really good friends. Eventually he asked for my phone number and we started talking outside of work and we go to school together now.

So for like the past month we haven't talked on the phone and now yesterday he just called me and we talked for a while. I've always liked him alot and i think about him all the time.

Seeing how he still shy around other people, but he's still real open and feels comfortable around me. And he's always askin about me, like if he saw me in the car with another guy, he'll ask the guy like "what was yall doing in the car together?"

And even though he's somewhat open with me, i still think he's shy to actually come out and say he likes me, but what if he doesn't. Should i just tell him i like him too.

And i mean this is becoming an obsession.

Ok so last weekend I meet this guy, we had a few drinks and talked mostly all night. We both seemed to be getting along just great I even thought I could go out with him again, that was until he offered me to go back to his place. You see, I've been out of the dating loop for almost 5years, so I don't know if this is what I'll have to be dealing with as I start dating. I'm sure he meant sex.....rigth? what else could it he have meant. I've been in 2 serious relationships both very longterm, I know myself & know I wouldn't sleep with someone I don't know. Should I blow him off? of give it another try?

How much should I charge someone for babysitting their 2 year old? I am starting on friday and she wants me to tell her what i want her to pay me. I'm not really sure what to charge though. She is working 3 jobs and doesn't get child support from her ex husband so I don't want to charge her too much.

Here's the situation:
I've been interested in this guy B, and he seems to be interested as well. B is a yr older and we went to the same high school (we're 2nd yr uni students). Thing is, I've broken up with my ex for about 2 months now. B is friends with some of my ex's close friends, including one guy who was somewhat involved in getting the relationship between my ex and I started. My ex and I sorta ended it badly, and we barely even talk anymore. B doesn't know my ex even though we (even these "shared" friends of theirs, some of which I'm also sorta friends with) all went to the same high school, most of which are in the same grade.
For some reason, I can't help but think of what these friends will think if B and I do get together. I don't know how many of these friends knew about my ex and I, but I suspect that my ex didn't say much. I'm afraid of any negative talks/opinions from these "shared" friends. What should I do? How do I stop being so sensitive and thinking like this?

my mom is an OCD neat freak who doesn't even let me say the word suck. im not allowed to go on the computer or watch TV during the weekdays but i do anyway. im also not allowed to wear eyeliner because according to my mom i put too much on during homecoming (according to her i had the most on) when 2 of my other friends had tons more than me so she revoked my eyeliner privildge. my dad's job keeps him out of the house monday through thursday but he still be a jerk. he gets stupid ideas in his head that my guys friends would rape me and both of my parents hardly let me go out with friends. i usually have to change what actually goes on at my friends parties just so i can go if they let me. im hardly allowed to see friends after school. they still think im an innocent child who doesn't know anything about the birds and the bees when in reality i know more than most of my friends. im almost 16 and i want this treatment to stop. what should i do?

ok, so i told my friend that i liked this guy and she kinda made fun of me for it but said that it was cool. since he is in our group of friends we hang out a lot and she used to say to me alot that she thought that he liked me. he flirts with me alot and today he hugged me for a really long time and said that he didnt want to let go because if he let go i would have to leave. well all of the sudden yesterday she randomly told me that she liked him. now, today, he knows that she likes him and so he likes her.

I live in the state of California and I have a few questions on divorce. A bit of a background on myself : I work in a high tech firm in silicon valley in a senior position. My husband is in R&D S.w engg. We have a 10 month old son. My husband earns about 40% more than I do. Our house is on both our names. We have 401 K accounts but have seperate bank accounts. Questions:
1)How much does a divorce typically cost in CA ?
2)How long does the process take ?
3)For a 10 month old, who will get the physical custody of the child ? None of us have any substsance abuse b/ground
4)How will the property division work? I paid 70% of down payment but my husband pays mortgage every month.
5)What about child support ? Even though I have decent income, can the judge grant me child support ?
6)Last but not the least- how is life out there for working single moms ??

Alright, so i posted a question asking if people thought this guy liked me. And pretty much everyone said he did but he was shy. But i mean i'm still iffy, it doesn't even feel like he likes me as a friend cuz he barely says a word.

If a guy likes a girl why would he not talk to her? or just mumble responses? Or not look in my eyes?

I mean...if you like a girl, why not try and be her friend?

I try to talk to him, and i smile, but he goes quiet (i've been told that he's very talkative and cocky, then why I come around hes shy and quiet) is that a good sign?

I simply don't get it....help?

I am so confused. I treated my wife like she deserved to be treated worked full time and kept the house up but she ended up cheated on me with this guy that I thought was my friend. Now they are living in the house I bought her. I usually don't resort to violence but it has been very tempting. I just want to know what women want in a man. I am smart, funny, and pretty, but I've never been on a date. I'm in college, and I don't get it. I'll have great conversation with guys I like, but they never initiate anything. Then they'll go for girls who aren't very smart and are kind of shallow. Quite frankly, I'm perplexed. I love trying new things--I have exciting goals for my life--and I'm pretty nice. I work out a lot, but at the same time appreciate deep thought/convos. Am I too scary? What am I doing wrong?

I'm pretty sure I want to use different shades of green, cream and pink in the flowers which are just going to be different wildflowers in mason jars, but I'm having a really hard time narrowing down a specific color scheme. I just don't know what color to have my flowergirl wear, or what color shoes the bridesmaids should have. I thought it would be easy! My dress is ivory, and the ceremony is outdoors. Please help! :)

My friend and I have planned to do a film. I get to work with the horses and supply two, one being my own.I was also in the movie until a scene was taken out. Now, I really feel like saying "I have to be in the movie. I'm not gonna trust Lady (my horse) to just anyone! Either put me in and let me ride Lady or Lady isn't in the movie." I dated this boy for about a month. We got along so well, everyone loved us together. He gave me the most romantic valentine's day ever as well. He spent 100 dollars on dinner alone. Well, after our valentine's day date, he didn't kiss me. On his way home from dropping me off, he told me he regrets not kissing me. We hang out the next day, and he kisses me. The day after kissing me, he tells me he regrets kissing me and doesn't want to date me anymore ((it was just a peck kiss)). Well, 3 weeks later, he tells me he wants to go out on another date with me again...but we never set a day...and it's been a week since he said he wants another date. And yet nothing has been set.... But yet we hang out every weekend with friends ((We have the same group of friends)) and we always go to church together...Am I holding on to something that's not there?
