This happened to me a long time ago. I was about 13 and told my best friend I had a crush on this guy who lived near me, she laughed at me. Then the next day she all of a sudden became interested in him and asked him out. Needless to say, us being 13 it didn't last long (I should note here the guy had no idea of my feelings for him) and they broke up a week after "dating." Long story short, a couple years later (still friends with same guy) we got together, and its been 5 years and we're still together. My best friend from that time and I grew apart but it didn't have to do with the guy. My advice, definatly let her know she did something shitty and it hurt you, but don't hold grudges too long. Your young, enjoy life.
Best of luck.

Nope cut this guy out. He is playing cat and mouse games with you. I think he has a "motor and child syndrome". If he needs somebody/something to hug, he must get a panda bear. Fix your eyes on something more substantial, like the guy that not a lot of girls like and you know what, maybe mr right is in front of your eyes you have just never notices him.

I would be mad at her. You should let him know that you like him but tell him when it's just the 2 of you. Ask him if he wants to go grab a bite to eat or go watch a movie with you. Make the first move on him before she does. Go get him!!!

wow. i'd totally try & help you but im in the same situation.. well kinda. the guy i liked, yes flirty, blah blah blah, hugs for a really long time, means he likes you, blah blah blah, sep we've made out a couple time [by a couple i mean a million] but he wont ask me out & its confusing. i understnad you!!
sop i cant really help & im sorry, but i can answer you one thing.
YEAH! you should be mad.
because i know im justified in being mad in my very simular situation anyway....
because they make fun of you before & then realize they're jealous bitches.... that's they're problem not your's...
just DONT EVER!! give up the guy BECAUSE your friend likes him. if anything try EVEN HARDER to get what you want so he/she can realize how wrong they are.
im seroius...

Yeah you should be pissed. You confided in her and she got jeleous and went behind your back to get this guy. She seems more like a back sabber then a friend.
