When I was in college I used to brag I knew everyone at the Mall. I used to love going to the mall and show up how I would say HI to everyone. I knew everyone working at Abercrombie, Banana Republic, Gap, the video game stores, the music stores, Macy's, the health fitness shops, I knew everyone. The same thing at restaurants. I would know all the waiters at Chili's, Applebee's, TIGF, and others. I used to brag about it because those places tend to want to hire good looking people.
I'm 25 now, I'm that old. But still, I go the mall now, and I just don't know the people who work there. I eventually run into someone, but I no longer brag about it. I think it's kind apathetic they are still working there. Same thing when I go to Red Lobster or something, and see people I know as waiters still working there.

At what age does it become pathetic to work in places like those?

I have been with my bf for almost 3 years. We were in the same state and I asked him to move in together, he said he is not ready. So I decided to move back to where I was from originally, for financial reasons. I knew I should have broke it off then, but he wouldnt let go, and we kept seeing each other, long distance relationship.It became very difficult for me to keep this relationship, as I slowly lost friends, I felt I was married to him but never could do anything with him ( because he is not here) and because my friends are gone ( he is jealous). He kept talking about marriage, and wanting me to move there. So I told him, propose to me and I will move. He wouldnt, saying it is either the money, or we argue too much... etc.. I became so angry w him all the time, b/c he wouldnt give me what I wanted, I wanted to be with him, and by his side,but he always acted ok with the distnce. I was the only one with the urge to be 2gether. Why didnt he propose if he loves me ?

Ok so me and my boyfriend are nonstop fighting and I dnt kno wat to do. Im literally going crazy it usually starts with some dumb comment he says and when he doesnt get his way he mimics me. what should I should I do? i need a break from my b/f.. maybe even to break it off. I have recently been talking with my ex and i really miss him. He moved away and because of the distance we split up. I love him. But i dont know what i want.

My b/f has been away for 3 months and is finaly comming home also. I'm very confused and dont want to hurt him because i care about him. I can't say i love him but i do have feelings for him.

Long story short...me and my boyfriend (2+yrs) used to live together (b/c I had a roomate ditch me and he helped by moving in). So that went on for about year and a half. However when the lease was up he said that that wasn't his plan to live with me right away so he wants to live on his own.At first this kinda hurt me, he doensn't want to live with me?it's like working backwards. So we moved out and the first week was fine-I was over at his place nearly everyday. But it got kinda boring, he never wanted to go anywhere b/c he was tired(new job for him). Then we just started fighting constantly. It's like we are drifting apart, things just aren't the same, it's like we've lost our passion. It really sucks b/c it looks like we're going to breakup. I don't know what to do-maybe I'm just hanging on to him like a security blanket. But I just can't see myself without him I feel like I put more into this than he does. It makes me sad and this is the 1st real relationship I've had..any advice?

well me and my bf have been dating for 3 and a half months now about, and weve gotton REALY close, we split up once, but that wasnt either of our fults it was my friends, so we let that pass. My husband had an affair that involved several phone conversations, gifts, dates, and multiple sexual encounters with another woman. He claims it is over and he only wants me. I'm having a hard time forgiving this. In my mind, it seems like it was would be easier to forgive him if it was just one-night that he lost his mind BUT it seems so much harder to forgive since it was so much more than one night and they had sex several times and he even spent the night with her when he was supposed to be on a business trip. i have two kids boy and girl my son is the oldest. i took them to the movie and dropped them off to a movie they wanted to see,this little girl was calling for my daughter, which is twelve, my son is fourteen, to hurry and get there before the movie start,so i rushed to get her there to be with her friend. come to find out the little girl wasn't there for my daughter she was there to meet with my son and my daughter was the cover up. after the movie i walk in and find the girl and my son against the wall french kissing. and it didn't scare him that i was standing there. he hit her on the butt smurked and walk away like nothing had happened. How am i going to maintain a boring relationship? My bf doesnt really likes shopping and whenever we shop, he gives me a very boring face as if he is gonna fall dead if i go into another shop. We do watch movies but not almost every movies are nice to watch. What else can i do with him besides shopping and movies? I have no idea what to do or if there is even anything i can do. My life just seems like it is terrible and it keeps on getting worse as i go on. I have no plan for my future i don't know how i'm going to live when i graduate and am out on my own. I'm totally alone i have no girlfriend and no real friends. Girls ignore me. I swear there is nothing i can do. I can't even get chicks that go to my school to respond to my messages on myspace!!! Here i'll be graduating next year and then it will be all over. I met this guy in class, were in college, asked me for my # he seemed cool so I gave it to him like 2 weeks ago. We have been hangn out, when out to eat I have been over his house a few times and hung out watched movies.
