First, I must ask, is your wife dissatisfied or are you dissatisfied. It's not quanity, you know, but quality but if you must have larger, there is a pump that you can use that will increase size. These pumps can be ordered over the internet but if I were a man, I believe I would go see a urologist and get ALL the details before jumping into something that may infact do damage. It wouldn't hurt and if the Dr. is professional then he/she should be able to help you out. If you want the opinion of someone older - be happy with what you have especially if it still works.

More than the size, techniques makes the real differences. So practice on perfecting as many techniques as you can.
There are some methods but none proven. So don't waste time on them.
