The husband doesn't need to force his wife to have sex but both the husband and wife has to talked about their sexual needs.

Depends on how often this situation occurs. If it is only sometimes, he can just use his hands. Or the wife could use her hands, or feet. Two of them can get creative on how to address his horniness.
If the wife does not want intercourse, but is fine with him using her body, then he can use her thighs or breasts to get off.
How is the wife's sex drive?

Try to talk to her, and find out why. There has to be a reason if she loves him enough to marry him, but not want sex. By finding out the problem with her, then they might be able to find a solution. Sure beats divorce....

try to make your mood first if that is not possible
then try to relieve him by just talking about some important matters to divert his mind from sex,
if that is not possible then use your hand to off-load his ball's weight at least u can give him this much favour.
