i have relationship (friendship & love) from last 1year, she already have 1 boy friend from last 9-10 years, when i came in her life she said they have sacrifised the love bcoz there parents are not allowing and he is her past. she said she loves me and then we have relationship. but still she is in contact with that guy, now she is saying that he was never his past, he has maintained the relationship with him as there was a 1% chance of being together & she dont want to cheat him, what do i do? (she says she loves me lot & i do believe thats true)

i have a girlfriend and she wants me to tell her i love her, but i can't. its not that i don't love her its because i don't know how anymore. i lost faith in hope and love since i been left in Iraq for torture for a year. this is my first time speakin about this and it's not that they left me, they thought i was dead. when i came back my girlfriend was dating another guy but haven't slept with him yet and she dumbed him right away when she found out i was alive. she just moved on too fast and left me without any hope i was still a live, what should i tell her and do?

And the courts of that State (PA) will do nothing to assist the father. The Ex wife in question is even having the children call her BF Daddy.
It is agains written laws in the state of PA for this to happen, but the courts repeatedly rule in her favor, tell her "Bad Girl, here's the slap on your hand".


So, My question to you , is this...Seeing as how she is refusing his rights, and the courts are not helping him (AT ALL!)

Do You think He should have to Pay Child Support?

i have my own place and my 18 yr old son lives here with me he's still in school i work everyday mon thru fri anyway my boyfriend of a few yrs stays here to he doesn't help with the bills because he says i would have to pay them anyway since it's my place he does give me a ride to work every day and buys groc sometimes and helps out in other ways to i'm not asking him to pay half the bills just throw in some extra money to help out i think its only fair
he doesn't have a full time job so when he does have money he always seems to need it to pay his bike payment or gas etc i don't make alot of money at my job either so alittle extra would help i love him but this is starting to come between us also i'm a very pretty woman so i'm not desperate how can i make him understand that just because i'd be paying the bills anyway its only fair that he should help

Im 21 and she's 19. We've been having sex since 2005, but lately Ive just been having thoughts about if she were to get pregnant, I could not handle that right now, nor she and I also would like to just hold off having sex for the sake of my religion (I'm a catholic) She uses the pill, but still, I know its not 100% effective. Shes told me that she would stop having sex with me if the day came where I wanted to wait until we were married, so I know she wouldnt have a problem with it. Its just me...I dont know if I could resist the temptation...Any advice?

My boyf of almost 2yrs asked me to move in with him on Valentines Day over dinner. Well now it seems like he wants to take it back. He hasnt said it, but hes asking weird questions and hinting on maybe hes changed his mind. I finally just asked him straight up did he still want to live 2gether. His answer waas"sure". Im like what??! Then he says u dont have to move in if u dont want to i was just trying to make u happy. My response was no thank you, id rather u want me there bcause u know in ur heart u do. Okay awhile ago, I had this guy friend that I met online and online we hit it off. On my end, he wasn't cute but he kept me on my toes so I was emotionally attached. Then we met about 4-5 months later and as usual he wasn't attracted to me yet we kept talking as friends. He was very lonely and wanted a girlfriend so I went out of my way to hook him up with a friend of mine and well the so called friend of mine told him lies after lies after lies about me that lead him to stop talking to me. Now my other friend started talking to him and claimed I was possesive, I was stalkerish, I should've got the hint when he and my other friend hooked up. If I was so bad from the get-go like he claims, why would he continue to talk to me for 4-5 months? Why wouldn't he confront me about the things that he was being told about me? He's not ended it with my so called friend and onto someone else but doesn't he think if I really wanted the whole fatal attraction thing, I wouldn't have hooked him up.

He lives with you yet you find that he still has singles profiles on many different sites, could he just be fooling around like he says he is or is there something to be really worried about? He tells you he loves you everyday but he is still portraying himself as single on the internet. Is this just a means of getting away from reality for a while or does this mean that he could possibly have other intentions?

Today, I get an email from my ex. I haven't talked to him in 2 years. He asked how was I doing, what was going on in our hometown and then asked if I ever thought about him. I told him that I had no good memories of him. This guy accused me of cheating when I was going through a rough time in my life and I've always resented that. He's a liar and I can't stand him. Now he's acting all hurt and stuff. He just got divorced and has a kid. He also thought I was jealous of this fat chick he's friends with. I'm having a real hard time dealing with life right now. My mother told me that my 30 something year old sister slept with my step father. Both denied this, but my mom refuses to believe them. She divorced him after 28 years of marriage and disowned my sister. I love my dad very much, we were very close before all this BS, and now if I call him on the phone and she finds out, she yells at me and makes me feel like I'm stabbing her in the back like she feels my sister did. Growing up, my sister was my best friend in the world and now I can't talk to her without feeling extremely guilty. My mom has no reason to make up such an ugly story, but she has no solid proof of any of this and it's so hard to beleive. Should I keep my distance from all of them until I figure out the best course of action for me? This has taken it's toll on my marriage and my family. Please help. Any reasonable advice would help.

I am a semi stay at home mom. my husband tells me i don't have to go back to work. I was on bed rest for 2 months before giving birth. So at 3 weeks i wanted to return to my job. granted i was a bartender/server. it's been 7 weeks now and i still only work 1 -2, sometimes 3 days a week. although he goes to school 40 hours a week and work 25-30. Am i wrong to be jealous of the time he gets away with other adults, or am i absolutely right to be upset. even though I will never let on I care.

What is the Las Vegas Nevada rule on the age the child can decide which parent they prefer to live with ?
The child is stating that the other parent is neglecting the younger siblings when all the time is spent by that parent surfing the web or playing online poker. the house is a mess, dirty clothes everywhere, smokes in the house when children are present.
is running a n unlisenced day care at home.
Someone please help...the child has already stated about running away or doing something worse to herself.
