I have been dating a guy for about 6 months and i really like him and he really likes me, but we have different beliefs. his family is muslim and mine is Seventh Day Adventist. he is a great guy (sweet, caring, fun to be around) i dont want to end becuase of our beliefs, I Really like him! I guess im just wondering if there is a way that we could make it work even though we have differences. or are the chances of making it work slim? thanks *LeanN

i will court to the girl i want this coming summer i will go to their house, i tell her that can i go to you and court she said no,she said that her parents wont allow her to have a boyfriend, i ask her or you dont like me she said i ask my mom many times i'm telling the truth still her mother refused. what do you think ? i will go or not to go to them this coming summer?

Married for 22 years 2 children 12 & 15. Husband asked me to quit my job 2 months ago so we could spend more time together. Thought all was well had many romantic times etc...then found out he was having an online affair it had been going on for 7 months with an old jr high school girlfriend. He told me he spent 3 days with her on his vacation. He told me she was his soul-mate and that he loved her. I told him to move out. We talked about divorce and decided on a few things non contested divorce no atty. Girls reside 50/50. He agreed to pay all household bills and mortgage on home I live in, and 200 a week expenses. We own a 4plex and a single family rental. we agreed to sell all property after 5 years and split profit. He has a very successful 100k + per yr sales job. I dont want to be spiteful just want what is fair.

I havent had sex in over a year and four months and Im scared that when the moment arise when I meet a girl that I would be a dissapointment for her and not meet up to her standerds. I need some advice! My boyfriend has recently gotten into motorcycles and going to races. I have no problem with him going out of town to races but he was planning on going next weekend to Daytona "Bike week". I looked on the internet to see what kind of events go on there because I have always heard it was wild. Well, there are NO races going on and all there will be is partying. All the photos were of naked women walking around, wet t-shirt contests, etc.-- really nothing to do with motorcycles. I told him I did not feel comfortable with him going, because I was never invited. He got mad and said he wasn't going and now he is making me feel bad. Was I wrong???

My bf and I just got back together, and the other day i found out that he is going to a different school, because of at the other school they have a hockey scholorship. I've been seeing her for a minute now. She's a drinker. I drink and smoke weed. I don't think anything is wrong with smoking weed and I like to be proud of who I am but if I tell her she might not like me anymore. I know it's better to be honest and if she doesn't like me for me then...well ya know. But I just like her so much. Should I take the chance. Maybe she won't agree but she might not judge me either. What does it mean when your boyfriend always "forgets" to buy condoms, when it is his turn? Either that, or he complains that it is embarrassing. Even though he knows that if he doesn't, he won't get sex. Also, he barely ever initiates sex anyway.

This is after four years of dating -- started after about 2 years, though.

I had full custody of my daughter for 10 years. She reported to her father (who has NO rules and allows her to do ANYTHING, she's SIXTEEN now) and he took her and KEPT her from me for FOUR months!! Again this was 6 years ago.
I KEPT telling him that she would end up pregnant since he never checks on her, etc. I tried to talk to him about us parenting TOGETHER no matter where she lived. He simply hangs the phone up. I will NEVER give up on getting along with him...for HER. She is going to give the baby up for adoption which is a mature decision, but on the other hand, selfishly, I hate the thought of never knowing my grand-daughter! Yes, it's a GIRL! I realize that kids do things that are not wise, that's why they are the children and we are the adults and parents. I really wish my ex would understand we need to communicate. I had NO IDEA she was even pregnant until she was 8 months along! HELP! I just need some viewpoints.. I realize no one can tell me how to handle this.

I'm not engaged... yet. But (in my world at least) he should be thinking about it sometime in the near future. Anyhow, what I can do to let him know that I don't need/want a big ring? We are still in college (wouldn't get married til after though) and so we don't have much money. Just in case he plans to start saving money soon I want him to know that it doesn't need to be 2 years worth of saving LOL so how can I mention this to him without him feeling pressured? And without him thinking that I want to get married right away or something? I'm looking for a more subtle approach than, "hey babe look at that huge ring... I hate it" OR "since we're going to grow old together there will be plenty of time to buy me big rings" LOL
