If she is interested in you, she will flirt & ensure she is "coincidentally" around you and so on,and all this attention will be directed solely at you. If however she merely seeks attention, she will do these things but to whoever pays her notice.

many times if they just are seeking attention they will constantly be tryign to talk to you or see you, if they really are intersted then they will take time and get t know you and not try and be super clingy
