Let her try it with the new group they might not except her and she might come back to you or if she stays with the new group maybe she wasn't a good friend to begin with.

I Really Hope That This Helps!
Kind of happened to me.
Good Luck!

If your friend has drifted away, it might mean that she needs some space for herself. Give her a chance to interact with new people. If you keep going after her, she will not learn to value your friendship. Let go and see her reaction. If she comes back, you will know she was a true friend.

New school means new friends. Just because you both get new friends and form your own groups doesn't mean you can't be friends anymore. As long as you guys still have fun and are able to talk to one another and find the other interesting you can still be friends.

Why limit yourself to groups or cliques, if you like that individual, thn hang out with them, you dont need to always like their "group"

Let her go and if it meant to be she will come back. She needs to know what she is missing in order to appreciate it.
