Today, I get an email from my ex. I haven't talked to him in 2 years. He asked how was I doing, what was going on in our hometown and then asked if I ever thought about him. I told him that I had no good memories of him. This guy accused me of cheating when I was going through a rough time in my life and I've always resented that. He's a liar and I can't stand him. Now he's acting all hurt and stuff. He just got divorced and has a kid. He also thought I was jealous of this fat chick he's friends with. Now if you saw me, you'd know that I have nothing to worry about because I'm gorgeous. Am I supposed to be nice to him?? Was I wrong for being mean to him?

Be nice to him. Don't bring yourself down to his level. But don't fall for anything he tries to talk you into either. Because he is divorced with a kid, he may be having trouble finding a new girl, and he may be looking at you as being an old 'stand by'. Like you said, he's a liar. So don't fall for him acting all hurt.

Just be civil.

Oh, and don't talk about yourself as being 'gorgeous', regardless of whether you are or not. You will come across as being stuck up and conceited to any new nice guy out there that you might meet. :O)

you werent wrong to be mad at him. but at the same time your not right. being mean to him is not good because it makes you feel bad and it makes him feel bad. just act as if you never really knew him in that way. just act like he is another face in the crowd.

he's your ex for a reason. if you don't want him sniffing around, don't be nice to him.
