My sister has been dating an older guy 56 years old divorced, she is 40 for about 3 months. He is very attractive has a nice house and two grown children. After a fight one day out of the blue he said to her maybe I'm gay that is why I don't get along with woman for very long. She says that the sex was good and there were no other indications except for the fact that he is very neat and clean and he is boarder-line OCD. Also, his ex was his High School sweetheart and my sister is the 2nd person he has ever slept with according to him. Now she is paranoid and doesnt know if she should continue the relationship.They made up after fight but hasn't mentioned anything to him yet. What should I advise her to do?

- I don't really know her and her family well enough to ask myself to her house (she lives with parents)

- We've talked about the fact that she has a son, and also that she would be my first girlfriend, so we agreed to take things SLOWLY
- That's right, she's the first girl I've been out with.

plz help i like a girl she is my classmate in the school of eng., i really like her alot and iam not really sure that she likes me 2 , i get shy when eye contact happens between us , so i look somewhere else ,and every time eyecontact happens i look away(i get shy) iam confident but i get shy , she will probably think i don't like her :s , is there any way i can get over that ?, is there any technique to overcome my shyness when eyecontact happens and be able 2 keep the eyecontact for a while and smile ?? .. plz help i think i love her

I am in a strange problem . If I am little harse in my voice or angry for something and talk little strange to her or ignored her anger I get beaten up badly by her . She keeps on doing that for almost one year .She beats me up but I am still with her hoping I will find something to change her but nothing did . When she beats me if I dont repky in anger and just try to make her laugh she is fine but if not I am badly beaten up by her . Please please and please advisse me to help her . Some thing that I can do to deal with this type of person I guess there is all kind of person and ways to deal with them please help . I love her . But she can;t promise me that she wont stop beating me but she will try . When angry she dont feel sad how she beats me and says I deserve it . Well if I leave her she will blame me that I took her virginity and all other stuffs . I am badly confused and thinking to end my life

well she is chinese and I am an Indian . Language is not the major problem here

Over the weekend me and my fiancée told my mom that we were getting married, well it didnt go over to well and my girl and mom had some words and kinda fell out over the situation. My fiancée is upset because she dosent think that i stood up for her and my mom is upset because she thinks that i let my fiancée disrespect her. Now my mom says that as long as im with my future wife that she dosent want to be apart of my life anymore. I have no clue what to do and i need help. my friend has a father who is very very depressed and defensive. His wife passed away unexpectedly about 4-5 years ago and every year he just gets worse (the sadness). I have an obsessive ex boyfriend who spent thousands of dollars trying to win me back. He wont take the gifts back, and now my family has a restraining order against him, so there is no way to give them back. I don't want to look at all his stuff anymore, however some of it is fairly valuable. I am considering donating/pawning the items. He gave me a ring, and I am wondering if I should pawn this also, or if I should keep it for any future daughters who may enjoy it. What would you do in this situation?

I don't like to call it rules...
I just mean things that you don't want the other person doing.
I understand there is a fine line between wanting boundaries and being controlling and I know it does depend on the people in the relationship.
but, if you don't have 'boundaries' then you will have too much freedom and it'd be hard to maintain the relationship, correct?

Last Tue I was talking to him and he was ignoring me after asking him whats wrong trying to talk he raises the music on top of my talking so i felt disrespected so i tried to stick up for myself so i told him 2 beat it we have these fights a lot the Prob is that when it happens 3 out of 5 times we wont talk for days/weeks/mnths at a time I obviously realize this is not healthy or normal but at the same time i love him too much to leave for good everytime we talk about it everything is ok then it happens again down the line and frankly im tired of almost alyways being the one to call him any man that really loves their women would call wouldnt they?? god this is emotional torture i dont know how much longer i can take this everytime this happens i feel horrible because on top of all my other stress in my life its hard i am depressed stay home watch tv after i work my sched is really tough workin f/t goin to college f/t he works 7 days a week so we have a lot on our plates.. please help

My husband's ex girlfriend; who he has two daughters with recently stopped letting the kids have contact with him. I think what happened was she wanted him to do something for the kids and he didn't do it a timely enough manner for her liking. She has always threatend to not let him see his kids when they are into it. I think it has something to do with child support payments also. He just started back working one month ago. We were married 2 mos. ago and now she let's them come around again. What's she doing?

well i'ved been separated since last year of june, have four kids and todsay im going to fill for my tax return but dont know if i should half my kids with my soon to be ex so he can fill to. everyone is telling me to claim all but separate return cuse his the one who does not have the kids 24/7 is that been greedy or is it a good idea.

Im confused right now...i need a girls opinion. Ok, me and my girlfriend have had sex before (once) it was her first time. We're only 15 tho.. My Father in Law Passed March 2006. Since I own his house next door to mine I haven't had to go in and remove his things we have just left them their my husband obviously is having a hard time with the death of his father so he left me in charge of everything. does anyone try their best to like them but just can't,I swear i sometimes try but i can't help how i feel...she is so petted and spoiled and doesn't listen to a word i say and i feel like this is my house not hers and when she is here i have to respect her so why can't she act decent she is almost five so she knows when she acts this way its wrong...my hubby is very supportive and makes her listen but i still just can't bond with her because i just dislike her attitude...oh well i have to live with this situation for the rest of my life and i love my husband very much so i have to find someway to make it work without liking her because i don't know if that will ever happen but i don't want to make her miserable while she is here either...i need some advice

Or so I thought. I loved him. He took it for granted. I found his ex was calling him and kicked him out. I feel really bad cause he had no where to go. I should have handled it like an adult.
Now he says he wants to get back together, but I am really not so sure.
He isn't begging, we don't go and do things together, he just doesn't seem that in love with me.
I gave him my rules, no more girls, no more bars and I dont want to tell someone what to do, but I can not trust him.
Should I give him one more chance? This is the second time I caught him talking to that ex.
Should I let him move back in and just be friends? Or totatly give the makeup a whole new do over.
Or just leave him alone? I feel bad he has no place to go. And he says he does not want to be with no one else and he was not talking to her.

I met my boyfriend online and I moved 1300 miles to be with him and we have been together for almost 5 years. We have had a lot of ups and downs, and I recently lost my job and due to the lack of work in the area, I had to make the choice to move back home. He is not currently working either, and financially I couldn't make it staying there. He did not want to move back with me, but I relocated here in hopes of finding work to where I can eventually transfer back to where he is. We have been corresponding my IM and online since he's online quite a bit, but lately he's suddenly made himself less available. I email him all the time, leave offline messages and I am trying to keep contact with him, but he's not being very responsive. I know he loves me, but I feel he's pushing me away, and I don't know what to do. Part of me wants to hang on to this relationship because I do love him, but the other part feels like he's moved on and I am fooling myself. Your thoughts?
