this might seem retarded, but do you think it will be sweet for my b/f and i to go to court and get a marriage license just for the fun of it and to waste everyones time?? just so we can celebrate and.......well. i think it ends there.

Called me a "witch". We've never called each other names before, no matter how bad the argument.

He now claims that he meant that to be funny.....yeah, right. He INSISTS that it was meant in humor, though he admits he was VERY mad in that moment.

I say that he was calling me a 'b' in a "nice" way. Either way, what now?

Should I leave over this? BTW, the argument was about talking about serious issues, which he doesn't want to/like to do. Stuff like where our relationship is going and where our financial situation is.

All we otherwise talk about is surface stuff.

If he secretly resents me, then why does he stay?

i have a friend with 2 children they come to my house often the problem is they are all covered in lice or nits which ever term you prefer to use. iam am contsantly havining to check my daughters hair and the use of lice repelent is costing alot. she has said she has treated them but she has obviously hasnt what can i do to help without being rude or nasty or should i stop them coming round.

I was talking with my ....friend the other day. And he was complimenting my other friend Ileane's behavior. To be fair to Ileane she is not a Stepford wife, but almost as close as you can come to it. She always agrees with what her husband says 100% of the time as far as I can tell and seems to never have an opinion of her own. My friends comment about Ileane bothered me so much that I had to talk to Ileane about why she acted this way. She said it was better to keep the peace. But she confided in me that she feels sick from biting her tongue sometimes. Is this really what men want? Just wondering what you guys thought about it.

A friend got a girl pregnant and she is due next month. However, information has come to light that the child may not be his and that at the time the child was conceived she slept with A N other. This information came accidentally from some of her friends on a drunkin nite. My mate has already spend a couple of thousand making a nursery and buying kids stuff in the anticipation of being a father. He is fighting to keep together with the mother (who is volatile at best). Do we tell him the additional information and ruin his dreams? If he demands a paternity test, it could jepordise his access to the child if it is his. She could also walk away from him with all the stuff he has bought for her and the child. What do I do?????

I have been seeing a guy for past 7-8 months. He says he loves me but so far he hasn't made any committment to me. He says he cannot commit
1.unless his parents agree
2. unless his sister gets married
3.unless his brother starts earning (his brother is a doc. n is doing some research which wud end in abt 8-10 months)

His parents will consider me after his sis is married. His sister is completing LLB this May after which if she decides not to study furthur she will get married in june but if she decides otherwise she will marry in June 2009. I am 24yrs of age n i completed my P.G.in 2005. I am not in a position to wait till 2009.

To top it all he is going away for a year. i begged him not to or atleast come back in 6 months but he is not willing to do so. One year without meeting is too long n too unbearable.

Please tell me what i should do. Do you think it i should wait for him? Do you think after all these "unless" this is a relationship to stick to?

my bf is studying abroad. last week, when we chat on YM, i saw his avatar, which was him and a girl. He said that she is his gf when i asked him about the girl. unfortunately, my internet was disconneted that time so i couldnt chat with him any more. what should i do next
- move on
- ignore it, keep contact with him as friends and dont ask about that girl at all
- write him email, show him my feelings

p.s: though we are in love, i never show him that i really love him or he is the only one in my heart. is there any chance that his behavior is a test. i mean, if i really love him, i would be very jealous with that girl.

This guy that i know..we work together..he flirts with me, and he gets close to me sometimes, like leaning on me etc. I catch him looking in my eyes sometimes, or when i talk to him and im too shy to look into his eyes, and i look away, i look back and hes still looking at me. i've met a guy recently through a friend who i really like...i know he likes me as he has spoken to my friend about it but the problem is he's really shy with girls and doesnt have the balls to tell me how he feels...normally i would take the bull by the horns and talk to him myself but he is the way he is because he was badly hurt by an ex in the past...so i dont wanna push things too hard...but how can i convince him that im nothing like his ex?
