okay one day I was at P.E with my friends till I noticed Gaby and my guy friend D.J hanging together I noticed how Gaby admired him so Helen, Selena and I huddled up we talked about it and promised not to tell anyone but airhead David was sitting and listening the whole time now everyone thinks they're going out and Gaby doesn't know I started it and now but she hates me because won't tell her who started it! help!

Start another rumour that contradicts the first one - like DJ is actually having sex with someone else or whatever it takes to draw the attention away from Gaby and give people something new and more interesting to talk about.

People are going to talk regardless of age, race or who you are. I do this a lot. I start rumors, even about myself, just to see how far it goes. You have 2 choices, start another one, which contradicts the first one, or just tell her that people were talking anyway so you gave them something to talk about. You would be surprised how quickly people will stop and think the next time they hear a story about that person.

well just say why would i do that to you i mean don't u trust me. And if she asks prove to me that you didnt spread it. Just say that why would i care about you and D.J going out i mean i already got enough problems. And if she asks then why cant you tell me who started it. Just say it was probably a girl that is jelous of you or has a crush on D.J. And if ALL that doesnt work just tell her the truth if she is a good friend she will forgive you. ^^
